He smiles as you two make it to baby and head to the doctor's office, he has been saying it's twins too and he says one of each, you giggle at him all the time, you two get the doctor's office and head in for your appointment, in a few minutes time you will be finding out you are pregnant with twins, one boy who Dean wants to name Axel Theodore Winchester and one girl named Birdie Rae Winchester your idea, you can't believe your sister in law was right but Dean won the gender reveal pool because he said twins, one of each lol, So you got two down and two more to go.
