I haven't been myself since it happened. The pain hasn't stopped and neither have the nightmares. Every time I close my eyes it happens again, the screaming, the water pouring in, a flash, and then nothing. Complete utter silence. That's what makes me feel like I'm going to die. I haven't been myself since it happened and I don't think I will be ever again.
