She is a clumsy, accident-prone fool, but I still love her (and I will definitely use her clumsiness and ability to injure herself in this, oh yes we will precious)
I sort of got carried away here.....
The scene on the wall she sees is a Teleri ship at the first kinslaying...
This ship and its subsequent journey would change her life (and also break her leg)...
The actual 'stab' wound is from a Morgul blade, because this clever genius (her, not me) decided it would be a good idea to get stabbed. (well, no, she didn't, but she has little to no regard for her personal safety, so...)
