Chapter 2 ~ "First Day" aftermath

The front door slams. It was Anna and Elsa just arriving home from their first day back at school. Anna was still so energetic whilst Elsa was exhausted. Elsa slams the front door but manages to freeze the door handle once again.
"Hey! We're home!" Anna yells out.
"Hey girls! How was school!" Elsa and Anna's mother ask.
"It was great! Got to see the girls and catch up with the guys!!" Anna says jumping up and down.
"That's lovely dear. And you Elsa?" She asks.
"Great thanks." Elsa says bluntly yet with a slight grin.
"Empty your stuff and get your homework's done if you have any. If not just relax while you wait on dinner." Their mother says.
The girls make their way to their rooms both hoping onto their beds. Elsa goes on Instagram and Snapchat to see Jack had sent a friend request on Snapchat and also started following Elsa on Instagram. Elsa slightly chuckled and accepted each request. Elsa was the first to start the conversation by texting "hey".
Jack opens in after 1 minute and replies "hey how are ya".
"I'm good thanks, yourself?" Elsa texts.
"Great thanks. What you up to?" Jack texts.
"Oh nothing much. Just lying on my bed lol" Elsa texts.
"Nice ahahaha. By the way, sorry if things got really awkward today. Merida kinda ruined it lol" Jack texts.
"That's Merida for you ahahaha." Elsa texts.
"So, can I know a bit more about you? Cause hey! Feel we should be friends and I think we will be great ones" Jack texts.
Elsa hesitates knowing that one thing she'd have to open up about was about her powers but didn't want to open up too much just yet.
"Well, I have a little sister, Anna, who you already know, I'm kinda an introvert, like keeping myself to myself. I love chocolate and do really love chatting with others once I start to get to know them but other than that, I'm so quiet lol" Elsa texts.
"Aw how nice!" Jack texts.
"What about you?" Elsa texts.
Jack hesitates too about telling Elsa about his powers but holds back, just like what Elsa did.
"I have a little sister called Silvia and older brother called Issac." Jack texts.
"Wow, that's cool haha." Elsa texts.
Jack opens the message then starts to snap Elsa instead.
Elsa opens the snap and snaps back.
Jack snaps Elsa with the side of his face showing off his jawline, ear and shoulder.
Elsa snaps Jack with the same thing. Showing the side of how now taken out braid, her ear and her shoulder.
Jack then sends a snap of his face with a goofy smile. Elsa can't help but laugh and send one back.
This goes on for a little while longer with different faces and chatting away until Elsa's mum walks into her room.
"Hey sweetie!" She calls.
Elsa springs up with fright when seeing her mother.
"Hey. Gee you scared me!" Elsa replies panting whilst placing her hand on her chest.
"Sorry darling! Just to let you know that your dinner is ready and you need to come down stairs." Her mother says.
"Ugh fine I'll be down in just a moment." Elsa groans.
Elsa's mother shuts the door and Elsa snaps Jack telling him she has to go eat and she could maybe chat to him later. He is totally fine with it and Elsa makes her way to the table down stairs.
"So, Anna had told me you met a boy at school today?" Elsa's father asks.
"Anna what the hell?! Why do you have to make things sound so bad!" Elsa yells.
"Elsa! No yelling at the table especially at Anna! Apologies right this instant!!" Elsa's mother commands.
"Sorry Anna..." Elsa says.
Anna doesn't take the apology seriously but brushes it off.
"And dad look it's really nothing bad. Just this guy in the friend group came up to me and asked to get to know me better since we never spoke much. That's literally all." Elsa says with a snappy tone.
"That's all I'm asking dear. Anna didn't intend it to sound bad. She only mentioned it to start conversation. You really need to control your manners the same way you controlled your powers." Elsa's father says with a strict attitude.
"Sorry dad. Just got a little frustrated that's all." Elsa says feeling sorry.
"That's alright darling" Elsa's father replies.
Many hours pass after dinner, everyone is in bed sleeping, except for Elsa. Elsa's in bed on her phone when suddenly, a notification from Jack pops up on her phone. It was a snap that was captioned:
"Hey u up?" With a black screen.
Elsa opens it yet waits a few moments to not make it seem that she was desperate to talk to him. She relies:
"Yeah I'm up. How r u?" With a picture of her covers.
"Good you?" Jack replies.
"Really tired lol" Elsa says.
"Oh yikes I'm sorry. I best leave you to sleep" Jack says.
"See u tomorrow?" Elsa asks.
"Yeah will see ya. Goodnight x" Jack replies with a kiss on the end.
"Sleep well x" Elsa texts back with a kiss.
Elsa puts her phone down and gets cozy as she try's to fall asleep. She kept thinking in her mind if the kids Jack sent meant anything or it was only to be friendly. All the thinking made her more and more tired to the point she fell asleep.

With Jack, he is chatting in a group chat with the guys (Flynn, Hiccup and Kristoff). They are planning a birthday surprise for Merida and are discussing who to invite.
"So, since it's Merida's birthday coming up, I was thinking we should throw her a huge birthday party. How's that sounding?" Hiccup texts.
"Sounds cool but u just trying to date her?" Kristoff texts.
"No! Bro our families r just close that's all. I legit go on holiday with her and my family every year. Chill" Hiccup texts.
"Ahahahahah sounds gd. Who's gonna come then?" Flynn texts.
"Me, u, Kristoff, Jack, Rapunzle, Moana, Tiana, Mulan, Pocahontas, Anna, Ariel, Hans, Naveen, Eric, Maui, Elsa and Mer's family. That's all for now until I invite more." Hiccup texts.
"Ooooooh Jack, Elsa's invited pahahahahahaha." Flynn texts.
"Yo shut up I legit don't see her like that. I literally barely know her why u guys saying that." Jack texts.
"Sorry bro. It's only a laugh. U will catch feelings when u get to know her." Kristoff texts.
"U guys r like actual so similar." Hiccup texts.
"Yeah yeah whatever man ahahahaha" Jack texts.
"Look I'm going to bed see u guys 2moro." Jack texts.
"Night man." Hiccup texts.
"See u 2moro bro." Flynn texts.
"Bye bro." Kristoff texts.
Jack puts his phone down and try's to fall asleep. He thinks about what the guys were saying about him catching feelings for Elsa yet he trusts his gut and calls it a night.
"Let's see what tomorrow holds." Jack says to himself as he switches his lamp off and goes to sleep.
