After getting into the limo, Luca held onto Bryce's hand. Bryce tried not to baby him at all. They didn't want Luca to accidentally slip. Bryce wrapped his arms around his shoulders lightly. "Hey, at least you get to have those finger foods that you love so much," he said as he looked down at Luca.

Luca considered it for a moment. Finger foods didn't really make up for having to be big, uncomfortable, and on his best behavior. "I mean I guess." He said with a little shrug.

"I promise that when we get home, we can spend the rest of the night doing nothing. And we don't have another premiere for at least 2 months. So we can just lay low for once. I don't have any movies to shoot. No signings."

The more he talked, the better Luca felt. Well kinda. The thought of having Bryce to himself without having to worry about hiding his personality was the best thing ever.

"Alright, I guess you're right." Luca gave in, even cracking a hint of a smile.

Bryce smiled before lightly kissing Luca's lips, his hands resting on his waist gently. "How did I get so lucky with you? You always do whatever and don't complain." Of course, he meant when Luca was big. Luca was kinda just living in his own world when it came to being little. He wanted things done his way. He could be a bit spoiled at times.

"You were a jock that talked to an introvert in high school," Luca said smiling a bit as he leaned against Bryce.

The two had actually known each other since their middle school days. They never had a reason to talk, having two totally different types of friends and interests.

~~

Luca blushed a bit as he walked up to the guy with the half-shaved head. He was so nervous. He couldn't believe someone that looked like this wanted to see him. "Hi..my friend said that you wanted to talk to me," he said softly as he bit the inside of his cheek.

The guy looked confused for a moment before a look of sympathy came over his face. "Actually I wanted to talk to your other friend, Victor," he said as he pointed back to Luca's other friend.

Luca felt like an idiot. No one ever liked him. He was the ugly one in the group. Victor, on the other hand, was THAT guy. Perfect body, face, his voice. Everything Victor was, Luca wasn't. "It was an honest mistake," Luca said as he forced a smile before turning around and motioning for Victor to come over.

After Victor walked to the guy, Luca went to their other friend. He was honestly bummed. "Luc..I'm sorry. I thought he was pointing at you and-" his friend tried to explain before Luca just smiled and laughed it off.

"It's ok. He's not my type anyway. He wears axe." it was an inside joke among the friends. The other friend, Karl, let out a laugh. He was just relieved Luca was ok. Luca adjusted the straps to his bag on his shoulders. "I'll be back. I have some library books that need to be turned in." he didn't give Karl a chance to answer before he walked away to the library, finally letting the tears fall.

Luca avoided Victor and Karl for the rest of the lunch. It wasn't that he was mad. He just didn't want to explain why he was upset.

He felt a slight tap on his shoulder and wiped his tears before looking up to see none other than Bryce. He had only ever seen the other male maybe once in the hall. "I don't know where Victor is."

"Who?" Bryce asked confused.

This kinda threw Luca off guard. It was well-known knowledge that Luca and Victor were like best friends. People would often walk up to Luca to try to get Victor's number or something. He was used to it. But for someone to not even know who Victor was? That was mindblowing.

"Um sorry. Force of habit. Did you need something?'

"Your number?" Luca kinda just sat there in disbelief so Bryce continued. "You're in my journalism class and I noticed you're always on top of your work. So I was wondering could you help me out?"

Luca nearly facepalmed. Why would he assume that this guy was interested? He was even better looking than Victor. And probably straight on top of that.

"Oh yeah. Here." Luca scribbled down his number and handed the paper to Bryce. As their fingers grazed against each other's lightly, Bryce smiled softly before saying thank you and walking away.

And that was just the beginning.

I will now be doing chapter questions for every one of my new chapters on all stories. If you don't know what I'm talking about, check my conversation board.

Question of the day: Who is your favorite male celebrity?
For me, it is Jeon Jungkook of BTS. His journey to becoming an idol at such a young age is just amazing. And he's still so sweet and humble, not letting the fame get to his head. I just love him.

Thank you for reading everyone.

XOXO
