A Korean, American and Canadian tried to live as a filipino citizen in the Philippines and here I am , trying to push myself to be a Korean citizen just because I'm a kdrama Fangirl
Jane (a Canadian) said "Back in Canada, i was just an ordinary, nice, nerd person. This is the country where I was labeled as the bad girl and I liked it in some ways"
Willien (an American) said "In the US, my parents were just a lowly squatter so we were send out to the Philippines by the Smidt's family. Our family-friend"
Jae In (a korean) said "Korea may be my birthland, but Philippines has become my homeland. My parents feel safe there kaya dun nila ako pinalaki. From then on, i chose to stay there my whole life"
I'm not saying I shouldn't like Korean features just because it's not my homeland. When we're a fangirl, all we have to do is appreciate things we are a fan of. (In our own different ways)
Kdramas make sense when applied to life, so if you want to live in a Kdrama, learn from it and bring it to life
