You were sat in between Niall's legs comfortably on the couch, dressed in some loose pyjama shorts and an oversized t-shirt with a book in your hands. This must've been at least your third time reading The Twilight Saga and for some reason, you just couldn't get enough of it. Niall was contently watching the TV screen that was mounted on the wall whilst you stayed immersed within the pages of your book, picturing every small detail that you read. Niall found it cute how you would occasionally mouth the words quietly to yourself and keep your eyes glued to the worn pieces of paper.
You had just finished yet another chapter when you felt Niall's soft lips on your neck, causing you to reach over and place your book on the bedside table.
"Haven't you read that before?" Niall grinned, looking over to see the familiar fantasy-themed cover.
"Hey, it's a good read!" You defended yourself, letting out a small giggle as you buried yourself further into Niall's grasp.
"I'm sure it is," he teased sarcastically, wrapping his arms around your waist to squeeze you gently, his head beginning to rest on your shoulder.
"You should read it sometime," you tried to convince him with a smile, placing a peck on his cheek.
"I don't think so," he chuckled whilst nuzzling you, not wanting to read a teen-romance.
"You don't know what your missing out on," you laughed, taking his hands to entwine your fingers with each other's.
"Probably not a lot," He snickered, teasing you over your choice of reading material.
"Hey!" You howled, flipping your body to push Niall onto his back, causing his head to land on the sofa's pillows.
"It's a good book Niall!" You repeated, hovering above his chest whilst you held him down so that he couldn't sit up again just yet.
"Okay! Okay!" He roared in fits of giggles, using his arms to wriggle out from underneath you, a wide smile spread across his face as he settled down into the comfort of your grasp.
