We are stuck right over Bastion, less than 250 miles from the edge of its atmosphere. Along with that, Corporal Jaygien has fallen ill. He is muttering some incomprehensable gibberish and lashed out at one of the doctors on board. We had to resort to putting him in a stasis chamber. I will keep you updated. Captain Warren out."

Captain Warren's body collapsed against the ruined metal flooring of the Solaritos. A small hole roughly the size of a dime led from one temple to the other. The Pulse Magnum filled with Densepack ammunition responsible for the hole clattered as it fell against the polished metal. He lay there motionless.
