It's been a whole week and I haven't seen Jess, no one has. I'm in so much pain with out her, I haven't been been able to sleep, eat, anything. The pack doctor has made me stay home scents I'm too weak to do anything. My wolf has stopped talking to me but still letting me feel him. He fells pain like me, he's sad and wants his mate just like me.
"Alpha come on. The pack needs you" the doc kept trying to get me to think about the pack
"If I can't keep one person happy and safe then how am I going to keep an entire pack safe?"
"Alpha....." the doc wanted to cheer me up but he knows how I feel. He lost his mate to rouges
"Alpha! We found her!" My beta comes running in smiling big. He also hasn't been doing good. Non is the pack has
"What?!?" I jump out of bed and almost fall as I go to the door, "where is she???"
"She's on the cliff by the ocean"
He helped me out of the house and into his jeep
'DONT SCREW THIS UP!!!" my wolf finally started talking again
'I'll try not to' I sigh and cross my fingers as my beta drives me to the cliff and I get out. I slowly make my way a little closer as I stubble some.
"Jess?" I call out to her

I let his pack find me. Iv wanted to die ever scents our fight. Madison finally talked me into talking to Russell so I am.
"Jess?" I heated him call out to me and I can tell he's in bad shape just as I am
I wait for a few moments but finally get up and turn to him. My eyes widen a little when I see he has big purple bags under his eyes, his hair was grease, he couldn't walk that well, and just looked like crap. Not like I can say I look any better
"I know you don't believe me but iv got to tell you something, please just keep an open mind" I up at him
"Ok, yes, I'll listen to whatever you have to say" he smiled a little and even when he looked like crap his smile still made my hear skip a beat
"Can you leave us? I need to talk to Russ alone, and I mean all of you go" I raise my voice letting them know I knew they were there
The nod and leave as Russell walks closer to me
"Fist I'm not human, I'm a hybrid, I lost my parents when I was about 6. They were killed by werewolves" I look down sad as I think about them
"What about your brother?" I looked up at him surprised, "um, I saw the drawing, of the family, the women looked just like you so I thought it was your family"
I nod and smile slightly, "ya, that was my family. I'm not sure where my brother is or what happened to him. Last thing I remember was him telling me to run as fast as I can. He was covered in blood and was scared but stayed together for my sake, he was only 10"
"So does that mean your a hybrid of.......?" he had a surprised and shocked look
"Yes, half mermaid half dragon"
"But everyone thinks they all died" he seems confused
"Well, a few survived but the say hidden, as do I. I even learned how to make my scent smell human. Here I'll show you my real scent" I take a deep breath then let it out then look at him
I wait and watch as he sniffs the air then his face goes pale
"I-It's-" I giggle at the way he was acting
I walk over to him and put a hand on his cheek and rub my thumb on it.
"Don't worry, I won't hurt you. Here comes, I want to show you" I put my hands on his and gently pull him to the cliffs edge
"What do you want to show me?" he looks at the water then me
"Just stay here and don't move. Just watch." I smile and fall backwards falling off the cliff and doing a backwards dive into the water. I can hear Russell screaming my name. I swim down then swim up and land on the cliff again with my tail
"This is what I wanted to show you" I smile at him
His eyes widen and he was staring at me and my tail, "also I have powers, and I'll show you one of them"
I put my hand on his lower leg right above his ankle under his pants and close my eyes. I then heal him, is feel waves of what feels like water go from the tip of my tail and wash though my body and goes up though my body and goes up though his leg. I open my eyes when I'm done and look up at him
"Whoa......." he gets on his knees and pulls me into his lay and hugs me, "so does this mean your not mad at me any more?" he looks at me with hopeful eyes
"Yes, I'm not mad at you anymore. I can't stay mad at you and you had every right to be mad at me" I put a hand on his cheek again and rub my thumb along his cheek and lay my head on his chest, "can we go back to your house now? I just want to be in your arms in a nice warm comfy bed"
He chuckles and nods, "your wish is my command princess" he kisses my head and stands up carrying me a little then stops, "wait what about your tail?"
As he asks my tail disappears and my legs come back, "what tail?" I smile at him and he laughs
