Macmichael Nwaiwu is a successful natural gas engineering expert. He has served as the Lead Engineer in Underground Gas Storage Integrity Management at Vectren- Centerpoint Energy Company since September 2016. He performs a wide range of project and data management functions to facilitate energy production and environmental solutions. Macmichael Nwaiwu also worked with Halliburton as a drilling and completions engineer where he led large projects such as a 15 million dollars casting analysis of the company's first offshore well in Kuwait.
Macmichael Nwaiwu is an accomplished petroleum engineer. He holds a bachelor of science in petroleum and natural gas engineering Federal University of Technology Owerri in Nigeria. He also has a master of science in petroleum engineering from the University of Houston. Macmichael worked with Vectren- Centerpoint Energy Company as a senior in the Transmission pipeline Integrity Management between March 2015 and March 2016. He generated integrity assessment completion reports and liaised with In-Line Inspection Vendors (ILI) for feedback on ILI tool accuracy and effectiveness.
