"I swear, you are the worst chess player I have ever seen. I mean, you left your king open and everything! Did you expect me to just overlook that?" Ash was silently laughing as he moved his knight onto my king. "Checkmate!" He yelled in glee. He leaned onto the chair he was sitting on and laughed again.

"Chess is stupid." I crossed my arms and pouted, my bottom lip was stuck out the farthest it could go without ripping itself out and doing a little dance.

"How so?"

"You are just going to make fun of me for not knowing how to play."

"Maybe. Buy I still want to know why it is stupid." Ash moved his hands to the back of his neck and continued to stare at me, waiting for an answer.

I picked up the king that Ash had just stolen from me and put it in the air. "This is the king right?"

Ash nodded his head and I began to speak again. "If this is the king, then why does he have no power whatsoever? I mean he has the least moves and can barely do anything! So why is he the main focus of the game? I mean the queen should be the focus. She is the one who has better moves and is better then the king. So why do you have to knock out the king to win? It seems like who should knock the queen out because she is the one leading everything. The king is just siting there with a silver spoon in his mouth!" I chucked the king piece out of the open window of Ash's room and looked at Ash.

"I hate this stupid game." I finally said.

"Maybe we should play anymore." Ash said. Fear was clear in his voice as he started to put the pieces away. But he couldn't put the king back because I had recently thrown it out a window. "Let's just watch tv."

"Good idea." I agreed.

He took my hand as we went out of his room and into his living room. But was met with something I never ever wanted to see.

My best friend was on some guy's lap. This was disgusting. They were using so much tongue. I'm pretty sure they were eating each others tongue and it was disgusting. "How did you get in here again?" Ash complained. They broke apart and looked over at us. Francesca ran out of the boy's lap and ran towards me. She wrapped her arms around me and laughed. "Guess who has a boyfriend?" Francesca whispered in my ear, and a giggle went right after it.

I was not shocked about this news. The guy, Aaron something, was blabbing about a new girl. And I kind of figured that it was Fran. Aaron got up from his place on the couch and started to rub his palms on his jeans. Fran let go of my and walked over to Aaron with a huge smile on her face. Aaron smiled back at her and swung his arm around her shoulder and kissed her cheek.

They did look good together.

"You have yet to answer my question Aaron. How the hell did you even get in here?" Ash asked. He unclasped his hand from mine and started to rub his temple. "I thought I told you not to break into my house whenever you wanted to do it. It's weird to see my best friend shagging a girl where I eat my breakfast."

I looked over at Francesca and she shrugged and smiled, "What can I say? We were trying new things."

"That is disgusting." I declared. "But I need to talk to Fran for a moment. I'll meet you right here ready for a movie and you better bring the popcorn." I told Ash. He nodded his head and smiled at me.

I walked over to Fran and pulled her into the first door that was open, which happened to be the kitchen. And when I saw the dining room table I froze. I just couldn't imagine someone having sex on it. Or as Ash would put it, Aaron was giving Fran the hot beef injection.

So instead of sitting down at the table I sat on the floor, and Fran quickly followed. "Soooo, what did you need to talk to me about?"

"Bad boys." I swooned.

"Of course, what else?"

"I think I may love Ash."

"I think you may be crazy."
