"I kind of got myself a ticket to Australia." He says, dropping his eyes from mine. He did what?!
"You got a ticket to Australia?" I ask in disbelief. Is he trolling me?!
"Yes, please don't be mad Callie! I don't want you to leave! I love you like a sister and I know that if you leave I will never be able to find a best friend like you! Plus I kind of heard that your brother is single!" He gives me a hopeful smile, sliding off the bench. "Please don't be mad. I know you and Everett had sex but we had a fake relationship, that has to count for something!"
"I love you Nat!" I cry, running around the counter and throwing my arms around him. I don't think I could have managed without Nat by my side!
"Oh my golly gosh!" He says into my neck, hugging me back. "Is your brother hot?" I step on his toe and he hisses in pain, slapping my back.
"Ruining it." I mutter, stepping back from him.
"Did you know that you're the first girl i've ever kissed." He says, grabbing my hands. I smile at him, he's just too cute.
"Did you know that you're the first person i've ever had a fake relationship with." I say, kissing him on the cheek.
"Winning!" He smiles, making me laugh. I can't believe that he's coming with me!
"We should start getting ready." I say, trying to find some energy to actually leave the place that i've only just started to call home. I drop one of his hands and lead him to his bedroom with my other one, helping him find a suitcase. He pulls out a bright pink suitcase with a large purple name tag. Is he for real? I curl my lip up at the sight of it. He's definitely gay!
"Ta da!" He extends both his arms, smiling at me with hopeful eyes.
"It looks like something a drag queen rejected." I say, causing his smile to drop off his face.
"But I love it!" He folds his arms across his chest, shooting me a death stare.
"Fine! Bring it!" I snap, watching him clap his hands wildly. I can't hold off the small smile that forms on my lips.
"Can you help pack my rejecteed drag queen suitcase?" He asks me with smirk. I nod and bend down to unzip it while he starts shuffling through his room for clothes and such. He grabs a pile of freshly washed clothes and dumps it into the suitcase, along with a large amount of hair care products. I sit crossed legged next to his suitcase and fold all his clothes so they fit perfectly.
"How long are you staying in Melbourne for?" I ask him now.
"I don't know, I never booked a return flight." I give him a confused look, shooting my eyebrows up. "What? I didn't know if your brother was hot or not." I throw one of his not yet folded shirts at him, he catches it before it hits his face.
"Do not talk about hooking up with my brother." I say, grabbing the shirt back off of him before folding it into the suitcase.
"So, is he single?" He teases, chuckling when I give him a look.
"No, actually he's in an open relationship with a group of horny nuns that live in Denmark." I reply without emotion, his jaw drops. He stares at me for a long minute before I burst into a fit of laughter. Laughing so hard that no sound is coming out of my mouth. I look over at Nat who is also laughing, not as much as me though. I grip my sides as I try to stop, gasping for breath.
"How the hell do you think of these things?" He asks me, wiping a tear from the corner of his eye.
"I don't know but you should be scared, my perverted mind is quite a scary place to be subjected to." I tell him, closing his suitcase after finally getting it packed.
