He's a Solarwing (A wings of fire tribe I made up).
I'm looking for more Solarwing's! Feel free to make a Solarwing OC ^^
They usually come in fiery colours like yellow, orange and red and sometimes a shade of blue, but that's very rare. Their eyes can be any colour!
They breath fire that could turn a tiger to ashes with one touch.
