Part 10- Who Am I to Get In The Way Of Destiny

King of Alpha's?

" Cordelia, here, has family. I'm sure she is not going to want too leave." Jack responded for me, giving me loving eyes.

" Cordelia's family may join my pack. I do have a few test they'll need too pass, they will be able too live in the castle or a house close too that. " He responded.

" Test? " I finally spoke up.

" Males have too prove their worthy, I watch over a fighting test & I put them against my best warriors. As for females, I train them too, but most find their mates and become an inside wolf. " He spoke.

" My father is a warrior here, as am I. My brother is only 15 and my sister is 8. I would need time too discuss this with them, I don't want too just uproot them because I was stuck with the King Hell as a mate." I rolled my eyes at him.

" I don't want him here," Jack spoke too me," What about Jackson? "

" Jackson is not my mate." I told him, he sat down," I also need a day, at least, too talk too them. Paperwork is too be done, things are too be switched and people are told." I pointed at him.

" Go, talk too them now. If they want, we start paperwork at 8. I want you gone by 1." Jack spoke, looking at Hell.

Hell was staying the night & he would be staying the night.

As Hell & I left, I went for the stairs," I can show you my room but I need too change and find my family." I told him as I walked all the way down the hallway.

He said nothing, looking around.

He sat on the bed, looking at the pictures on the wall. I grabbed clothes, heading into the bathroom. I tugged on black skinny jeans, shoes & a sweatshirt.

" I'll be back, don't get in a fight. " I ordered as I left, I heard a low growl.

I entered my house, noticing dad on the couch.

" Don't you EVER jump in front of me, again." He yelled as soon as he seen me, jumping up.

" I found my mate and I have to leave." I responded.

" What? " His mood immediately changed.

" Yes, King Hell."

" You have to leave? " Hadlee said from the hallway.

" He gave you guys the option of coming, you'd have to re-test for your positions there that you hold here. You could live in the castle or in a home around it. I have too leave tomorrow by 1. Alpha Jack's orders." I told everyone.

" He requested us too leave with you? " Alec basically restated what I said, which I nodded.

" I just got welcomed back.. " Dad mumbled, more too himself.

" I don't want you to leave," Hadlee frowned.

" I know, I don't have a choice. I have to go with my mate." I told her as she came closer and hugged me.

" We can't go, kids." Dad spoke up.

" What? " I shot out as I looked around," this pack almost lost another major battle. No matter how hard we train, we can't handle these massive numbers. If you stay, you are not only signing your death certificate, but you are also signing Hadlee & Alec's."

" This is OUR home, we can't go jumping packs whenever another sibling finds their mate. We can't abandon the pack when it is in need." Dad told me.

" You are killing more than yourself. " I yelled at him.

" I'm sorry, we will visit. I would like too meet his man before you leave."

I ignored him, turning to Hadlee," help me pack." I sucked my tears in as we walked too my room.

I grabbed bags and shoved everything in it, Alec even tried too help, mainly sat on the bed.

My room was empty and I felt sad, I was so sad.

Could I link my mate without being marked?

I couldn't.

" Alpha Jack? " I called out.

" Yes."

" Could you tell Hell too come too my house? We are leaving tonight. "

" On his way." Then the link was cut off.

I sat on my empty, sheet-less bed, an arm around each of my siblings.

" Please, Alec, leave the cooking too dad. " I joked as we all had a few tears slipping down our face," Hadlee, remember too scrub your toes and get all the shampoo out. " I joked with her too.

Whenever she was little, we'd play the piggy toe game in the bathroom and I'd tell her too bath each one.

" You-" Alec started," don't try too dance, please." He laughed out.

" Shut up, I have great moves." I laughed as I kissed their heads," I really do love you guys. Alec, you sure are a pain in the ass. Please, take care of Hadlee. " I frowned, little baby no more.

I smelt Hell and I stood up," He's here."

Alec grabbed a few bags, Hadlee carried a small bag and I carried some more. I opened the door, looking at Hell. Men had taken the bags from Alec, Hadlee and I.

" Evening," Hell greeted my dad," You must be the siblings." He looked too Alec & Hadlee.

" Yes," Alec responded, Hadlee only nodded.

" I'm sorry too hear that you are not joining the pack." He shook my dads hand.

" One kid at a time," He spoke, confusing me a minute.

I spent the next 5 minutes, wrapping in a hug by everyone, I couldn't look at Hell.

I knew this wasn't his fault, it was nobodies fault.

It was our destiny.

And who was I too get in the way of destiny?
