The New Wizard Saint

Lucy's POV

It has been two days since we accidentally meet team Natsu in the forest, right now me and Sistine are walking around Magnolia " geez Lucy we've been walking for hours, please let's stop for a moment my feet feels numb." she said tiredly

"Sistine you're an exceed, you can fly." I said in a matter of fact. "*sigh* Well since we're already here let's go to that restaurant." I said "I know that but I will be more tired if I fly. Now I can have a rest, and also I'm hungry hihihi." she said giggling

"*sigh* you are really childish you know." I said walking my way to the restaurant while shaking my head side to side.

"Hey! that's mean!" she whined at me.

As she whine, I can hear other people whispering. I heard some of them saying:

"Oh my gosh, is that the Lucy Heartfilia of Sabertooth's Dragon Slayer Trio?" girl1

"Yeah, your right. I heard she is the strongest saber." girl2

"Man she's hot!" guy1

And many others.

Me and Sistine found a five star restaurant called ' Veinia '.

"Sistine, let's go." I said and we walked inside the restaurant, I saw a couple of mages from different guilds having fun.

"Hello and Welcome to Veinia." the waiter said

"Table for two please." Sistine said

"Please, right this way." the waiter said

We followed him and he showed us our seats, the waiter gave us the menu. After a while he spoke.

"Now, may I please take your orders?"

"Yes, ofcource. I will have a spaghetti with strawberry milkshake." I said

"And I will have a carbonara with a chocolate milkshake." Sistine said

Fifteen minutes later, the waiter arrives with our order, after we ate, I left the bill on the table and we left.

As we walk, I saw a glimpse of the messanger of the counsil and it is running towards us.

"I am lucky that I already found you miss Heartfilia, I am ordered by the counsil to fetch you so I go to Sabertooth but they said you left, I was suppose to go back but luckily I bumped into you, can you come with me miss Heartfilia?" the messanger said

"Lucy let's go, if it is the counsil, it must be very important." Sistine said

"Alright let's go." I said

The messanger uses magic to transport us to the head of the counsil's office.

"Welcome miss Heartfilia, or rather Queen Lucy Heartfilia of the Dragons, we have some great news for you." the head of the wizard saints said

"It is a great honor to meet you, but before you say the news let me ask. How do you know about my hidden current status?" I asked

"Well, your mother, Layla is a great friend of mine and she told me and the others in the counsil everything, so there's no need to hide it." he replied

I then requiped my outfit into my red dress with frills, wrist-lenghted gloves, a choker, my hair is put up in a bun, and last but not the least my crown.

I sat on one of the chairs.

"Well then, shall we discuss the news that you are excited to tell?" I asked

"I have decided to retire and I have been thinking, that since I am retiring, someone should take over my position, but no one in the other 9 wizard saints wants to be a first wizard saint, and to tell you the truth they even said it's too much work." He explained to me

"So? What does it have to do with me then?"

"Since you miss Heartfilia are much stronger than I am, I suggest that you should take over the position of the dirst wizard saint."

Me and Sistine were shocked at what we both heard from him. Well it is a great opportunity but being a first wizard saint is really hard, it needed a lot of hard work not just to maintain peace in the world where magic rules, but also the people with no magic at all.

"What!? But why me?!"

"Because, I believe that your powers are strong enough to keep the world in a balance. Please miss Lucy, I know you have the strenght to do it." as he said those words, he seemed to be desperate.

But if taking over his position as a saint, I might as well take the offer if it means of protecting everyone around me and not to put them in danger, then i'll do it.

"Fine, i'll do it, if it means of protecting the people close to me or not." I replied with no hesitation.

"But please promise me, that you will do everything to bring peace and joy to all the people." he plead

"I will." I said then I gave him my reassuring smile.

( Time Skip, 13 hours later )

Sistine's POV

Everyone that is inside the building is partying for the new first wizard saint - which is Lucy - and since it is already midnight, we make our way to Sabertooth.

Lucy opened the door and the other mages looked at her, the one of them broke the silence.

"Hey, where did the two of you been? We all thought that you've already left Sabertooth." said Chris ( one of sabertooth's random member that I made)

"Oh, we were invited by the counsil." Lucy replied

"Huh? Then what did they said?" he asked again

"Oh, it is only the first wizard saint that spoke to her, he said that he will retire already so he made Lucy the new leader of the wizard saints." I explained

After I finished, the others starting to cheer for Lucy and saying that she's the best.

"Lu-chan, father wants to talk to you." Minerva-san suddenly appeared

"Really? Well then, let's go Sistine." Lucy said

"Sure."

Lucy's POV

As I walk with Sistine and Min-chan to uncle's office, we bumped into Sting and Rogue.

"Hi Sting-kun!" I said cheerfuly and jumped into him causing for the both of us to fall.

"Hi Rogue-kun."

"Hello Lulu."(that's right people. Rogue's very own nickname for Lucy!)

"Hey blondie, how's it going, I heard that you are the new wizard saint. Congrats." Sting said while smiling.

"Congratulations Lucy." said Rogue

"Hey, we should get going, father is calling Lu-chan to report in his office, so come down and party with the others, we should take our leave." Min-chan said

We bid goodbye left.
