All right! The very first yaoi ship I'm gonna cover!
I was gonna write an entire essay about why I absolutely hate this stupid turd of a ship but then I realised, I didn't actually hate the ship itself. I just hate the fact that it is SO overrated.
But before I get into that, I'm gonna be telling you of my opinions first.
This ship is not a bad ship, if you want me to be honest. I can actually see where the fans are coming from with this ship.
Now, let's create a hypothetical situation where Todoroki falls in love with Midoriya. It's okay to fall in love with the person that has gone through so much just to help him! But the thing is... it would be a one sided love.
I hate one sided love/crushes in my ships. In most cases, the one that is in love would either get cucked or their crush would just love someone else.
Let me make this clear. Deku is STRAIGHT. He is as straight as a square. He would absolutely not love Todoroki back. The only thing he can do is to comfort and talk to Todoroki about it and just leave him hangin'. It would just break Todoroki. He would either move on, or not and just be depressed.
Ship rating: 4/10
Not a bad ship. But if it did happen, it would be too one sided. They are good friends. And they should STAY good friends.
I just realised that I went from giving my opinion to creating a fanfiction idea. But my point still stands. Luckily, Todoroki is straight as well. So we good.
Also, don't expect me to be this kind to the other yaoi ships.
