The Awkward Meet

Audrey's P.O.V

I ran and finally arrived at the lake. I was gasping for air and my hands were on her knees. "There you are!" Dot and Lotta exclaimed, running to her. "Sorry," I said, "Overslept."     "Ok, makes sense," Lotta said crossing her arms. I rolled her eyes and continued to look for Melvin. "Who are you looking for?" Dot said raising her eyebrows. "Melvin?" Lotta said giggling. They continued to make annoying kissy faces. "Shut up," I said blushing. I can never forget the day they found out. It was a normal day and I invited Dot and Lotta to a sleepover. Lotta was writing some Crush 4 U fanfiction on my bed and somehow she dropped it under my bed. When she tried to pick up her notebook she picked up my DIARY. And she read it. And one thing led to another. UGH. Cringe! You should have seen their faces.                                                                                                                                   I walked behind them and continued to walk past them and saw Melvin. I looked over at Dot and lotta, they were signaling me to walk over to him. I rolled my eyes and told them to go away. Surprisingly they did. I went to go over to Melvin when I looked at his abbs. OOf I should have not done that I started to blush like crazy. I covered my face and walked away

Melvin's P.O.V

I finally arrived at the lake. I looked around trying to find Audrey. I did. She was standing there talking to Dot and Lotta. And she was wearing a cute swimsuit. She looked hot. I started to turn red but tried to hide it as best as I could. Then she turned around and looked at me. Her eyes made me feel like I wasn't on earth anymore. She looked down at my abbs. She covered her face and walked away. Was she weirded out about me with a shiny body and no shirt? I  guess so because she didn't look too happy about it. I walked over to her and said hi she said hi back and we just stood there awkwardly.  "I have to go," Audrey said and walked away.  Nothing will ever happen between me and her.
