Audrey's P.O.V

I woke up to the sound of my alarm being annoying. I grabbed it and tossed it across the room like I always do. Zoe said I should stop doing that because I already broke 5 alarm clocks in the past 3 months. But whatever! What does she know? I fell back asleep but was awoken again to the sound of my phone ringing. It was Dot. "Where are you? You were supposed to be by the lake 15 minutes ago! No make that 15.6 minutes ago!" she said. Oh crap! I forgot! The Harvey street beach party was today! I hung up the phone and threw the covers off. I ran to my closet taking out the one-piece pink bathing suit  I got from the mall the other day. (To impress melvin ;)) I quickly changed and took my backpack filled with sunscreen, towel, and phone. I took my surfboard too. And headed toward the lake.

Melvin's P.O.V

I put on my swimming trunks and made sure I put a lot of sunscreen oil to make my abbs look shiny. Audrey will finally notice me! I did my hair even though it was going to get ruined from the water. I headed out the door and ran to the lake as fast as I could. Just for Audrey.....
