"ugh, this feels horrible, I'm tired and need to take a shower" I scrunched my face at Wonjin repeatedly after binge-watching free science lessons on youtube. My eyes closed as darkness surrounded me. i felt like a new person, it was as if i suddenly became an intellectual... s I K E ! biyatches like me stay dumb af
"Hey Jieun, are you sure that you wanna continue watching? I know you have a chem test tomorrow but i also don't want you to sleep during exams, so i think you should go to sleep now"
my head shifted as i slowly opened my eyes. my gaze was fixed on the boy sitting next to me,,
"Wonjin its actually fine, i'll manage" I exhaled. I wondered why wonjin decided to watch all these nerdy videos with me,, he was older than me by a year yet wonjin never fails to surprise me with his knowledge, instead of helping me out - he seemed to struggle more than me. But after 3 hours of studying and it was starting to feel like this could become a routine for us
It was already around midnight, me Wonjin were out getting fresh air. the streets were almost pitch black, nothing but a few street lights obliterate the darkness. there was no sound apart from our footsteps, our heavy footsteps
"Wonjin i just remembered that we have school in a few hours ahh we're gonna be so tired" my feet stopped as i stared at him. his mouth went agape as if he were to say something but nothing came out. the boy shrugged his shoulders and carried on walking through the dim neighbourhood. It was delightful to have some relaxation, especially at night. because like i said before, it's quiet and there's nobody to disturb you. The sky was cloud-clear and you could see the illuminating stars above. unintentionally, i smiled like an idiot staring at the sky. But in the corner of my eye, I caught Wonjin smiling at me.

The time was almost 3AM and both Wonjin and i were unbearably drowsy. my eyes were struggling to stay open, that was until i bumped into something, or someone. Slowly, my head tilted up until i saw a tall boy with fair skin and dark hair, he was wearing a mask but looked really familiar and so I couldn't quite figure out who he was, my vision was also kinda blurry. i rubbed my eyes and stepped back to apologise for not noticing. but i thought to myself, why would anybody be out at this time,, the tall mysterious boy hastily walked away, keeping his head low. But then i quickly realised that it was eunsang, i mentally scolded myself for not seeing his hair was now black,

I was startled. And I wasn't sure if I was seeing things.. Ham Wonjin and Jieun. Never in a million years would i imagine that they even knew each other, wow what a small world this really is. My first instinct was to be worried as I knew that junghwan hyung would be so vexed if he saw her out at this time. But I'm not gonna tell him that I bUmPeD iNtO hIs CoUsIn aT 3 aM that would really sound weird and random. Instead, i walked away like a prick, and i regretted it. Yet she didn't even recognise me, or my new hair, i felt just a bit disappointed...
