إن عبادا لله فطنا
طلقو الدنيا و خافوا الفتنا
نظروا فيها فلما علموا
أنها ليست لحي وطنا
جعلوها لجَّة و اتخذوا
صالح الأعمال فيها سفنا

Indeed there are some servants of Allah who are clever,
They divorced the dunya (world) and feared corruption
They looked in it and when they learned
That there is no place to stay for one who is living,
They treated the world as if it was an ocean
And made their good deeds in it a ship.
