Poem: Dreams

Opening to one's thoughts and wishes

are our dreams;

We see them for a short time is

what it seems.

There are many stories which

run through my head;

When during the night time

I go to bed.

My dreamland consists of

cartoons and fairies;

According to my thoughts

my dream always varies.

Sometimes I get nightmares

horrible and scary;

After waking up I look

afraid and wary.

There's this nightmare where

I lose my close ones;

This is my biggest fear

over it I've cried tons.

I  wake up with daydreams

flooding my mind;

Thoughts being unreal about

what I may find.

I want to pursue my passion

is what I dream about;

That will make myself peaceful

from inside and out.

My greatest dream ever is

to make my parents proud;

To see them happily saying

my achievement aloud.

My daydreams about  my future

occur in a queue;

I want to work hard and

make them to be true.
