So the flowers were blooming yesterday,
but they seem to have wilted today
life doesn't look easy
and you feel astray.
But that is true. No, life is not that easy.
Everyone's is different, and you might feel guilty, you can't compare the struggles, because they are all equally valid, each life it's own experience which you can never live to understand;
hard to survive sometimes,
grateful to have experienced others.
But that doesn't mean what you feel is wrong.
You see we say it's the conditions...
if only this, if only that
aspiring for a present we don't have.
Among all this chaos though, don't you forget- life will fuck you up sometimes.
But you will NEVER be too fucked up for life.
So instead of letting it control you,
You control it.
Stand up if you feel broken,
look it in the eye
learn from it
but don't let it put you down
Scream at it "not today"!
Learn to look for something you are grateful for everyday.
It is going to be a struggle,
but good things don't come easy,
fight for it.
You can't see the good without knowing the dark,
strive to appreciate it.
And cry if you need to sometimes,
tell a friend,
But only you can make sure you don't fall in that hole again.
So take charge.
Be you.
Control your destiny.
Be the hero you wish to see.
