First Date

I'm currently getting ready for my date with Ricky. After our meeting yesterday, he texted me and told me that he was going to take me out somewhere today and to be ready at 6. I finish getting ready, and look at my phone to see that it was 6. I grab my purse, and phone and head to the door. Once I opened the door, Ricky immediately compliments me, and grabs my hand and walks me to his car. I ask him where we're going, but he tells me that it's a surprise. We arrive at the park, and he guides me to a picnic. I tell him that this is the best kind of date. He chuckles and tells me that he is glad that I like it. The rest of the night is spent eating, laughing and getting to know each other. Once we see the sunset, Ricky takes me home and walks me to my door. Before he leaves, he asks me if I would be his girlfriend and I told him that I would. He then kisses me and tells me that he will talk to me later. I wave goodbye and head inside and get into pjs and then watching netflix and then going to bed. I thought to myself, wow what a lucky girl I am.
