Fit in,they said
Cook,they said
Clean,they said
Be the stereotypical girl,they said
Have kids,they said
Be a good mother,they said
Get married,they said
Get a boyfriend,they said
Well,I don't wanna fit in, I'm me,I'm one of a kind,no one can change that. Maybe I'm not ready to cook just yet, cleaning? I'm not a maid. Stereotypical girl? I'll never be that. Kids? Maybe in the future but not yet. Be a good mother, well, that would require having kids first. Get married,I've still got time,I'm almost 17. A boyfriend? The closest thing I've got to that are friends that are guys, and I wouldn't trade any of them for the world. I'm still living my life without a care in the world. I'm taking the good with the bad,and I'm still growing up,I'll admit that I have got a lot more to learn and that I may not know it yet,but at least, for now in my life,I know what's important.
