Chapter 4: LA Baby.

"Hello to you too Sunshine." I said sarcastically.

"What do you want?" He sighed.

"What's got your panties in a twist?"

"My panties are perfectly fine, thank you." He said.

I laughed.

"Why so down?" I asked him sitting on the sink counter.

"It's not like you'd understand." He said.

"Try me."

"I'm serious, Alex." He sighed.

Oh, God. The way he said my name.

"I know, You just called me by my name so It must be serious." I said.

He chuckled.

"You really want to know?" He asked.

"No, I just like asking." I said with sarcasm dripping in every word.

I frowned. When he didn't respond I knew something was really bothering him.

"Hey, I won't judge," I said furring my eyebrows.

He was still quiet. I sighed. He obviously won't tell me we've only know each other for less than a week.

"If you don't want to talk about it you don't have to." I said remembering what people wouldn't say to me asking me what's wrong over and over until they got tired and I got annoyed.

"It's my Dad." He sighed.

"What about your dad?" I asked.

"He's- Well, I Think he's having an affair." He said.

I could tell that this wasn't easy for him to say, Especially to a girl he met not even a week ago. This kinda stuff is hard to talk about, I know from experience, So it makes me smile knowing he sorta trusts me. Even though I had to pry it out, He could have lied. But he didn't It makes me happier.

"How do you know? I mean, You said you think, What made you think that?" I asked choosing my words carefully because if there's one thing I know, it's that he's just like me- Stubborn as hell- So one wrong word and he'll shut me out.

"I caught him talking to someone on the phone about meeting them for dinner at Mo's and unless he's gay, which I'm a hundred precent sure he isn't, It was a lady he was talking with." He grumbled.

"Hey, Isn't Mo's that expensive restaurant that you have to make reservations, like, a year before?" I asked.

"A month, Miss dramatic, Not a year." He chuckled.

"Whatever, You know what I meant."

"Are you sure it was a date, Could have been a business dinner?" I asked.

"I don't think so, There's just something off about it all." He said.

"Well, Are you going to do?" I asked.

"What should I do?" He breathed out clearly lost.

I thought about his situation and decided to do something that I should have done a long time ago, Something that I regretted not doing. I should have done something about it when I had the chance so why not help him?

"When is the Date set?" I asked.

"Um, 24th of June I think. why?" He asked.

"Follow them." I stated.

"What?"

"Follow. Them." I said.

"I know, But why?" He asked.

"Trust me, You'll regret it if you don't."

"Are you sure, I can't even get into the restaurant, the reservations are hard and what if it wasn't a woman and I-" He rambled.

"Do this for your mom."

He sighed. "Your right."

"Aren't I always." I said smiling.

"I'll deal with the reservations, You just sit there and look pretty." I said instantly regretting calling him pretty.

Knowing him he'll never let it go.

"Pretty, Huh?" He said. See?

"It's just a saying, don't flatter yourself." I said blushing.

"Whatever you say, Babydoll." He said laughing.

BabyDoll. Hearing this means Good things and bad. Old Drew's back.

"How will you get the reservations?" He asked after a moment of silence.

"I have my ways." I smiled.

I know using your fame for your own good wasn't a good thing, But hey, It's for a good cause.

"The Sexy mysteriousness suits you." He said.

I rolled my eyes. Yep He's defiantly back.

"Whatever, I'll be in New York around the 20th of June so I'll just give you the reservation ticket when I give you your phone." I told him.

"I'm still feeling a bit skeptical about this." He sighed.

"Trust me, You'll regret not knowing. If he is having an affair then you'll know the truth, If he isn't then you'll stop assuming things." I said.

"Fine, But only on one condition." He stated.

"What Now?" I said getting off the counter.

"You come with me." He said.
