January. The start of a new year. Some it drags on as they count down the days until December, some it's a fresh start to their lives. However, that's not exactly the case is it? January was just like every other month. Every other day. Every other year, even. Your routine never faltered. You'd wake up, go to school, come home, sleep then repeat. Weekends weren't any livelier. Sometimes you'd go for walks in the park to clear your head about certain things. Certain things that are too minor to worry about. Of course that doesn't stop them popping up in your crowded mind.
Winter was always your favourite season. The cool wind, in a way ,soothed your mind. The cold was something else to focus on rather than essays due months away. It was nice. However, the one thing that constantly bothered you no matter how much your mind is soothed was your future. You'd always wondered what your future looked like. Is it peaceful? Is it hectic? Will I have children? The more you thought, the more unanswered questions you had and it frustrated you how nobody knew the answers. It was you who could answer them.
You'd always have the reputation of being a great listener occasionally giving advice whilst your friends vent to you. It made you feel warm Inside how much they trust you with their problems. You loved to help people. Except who listens to me? You deeply sigh as you, yet again ,have an unanswered question circling your mind.
Lifting your eyes off the frozen ground, you lay your eyes on a young boy. A tall boy indeed with deep brown eyes and shiny dark hair. He was damn right gorgeous. And you knew damn right who he was too. I mean, who doesn't? Hwang Hyunjin, the ' popular boy ' within our school. He was smart and always had a smile plastered on his face. You've never heard him complain. Well, you've never really spoken to him but you can sense the pain in his eyes. Of course you never confront him about it. He'd wonder " who's this random girl talking to me as if she's known me her whole life? ". Humiliating.
Hyunjin noticed a lost gaze starring directly into his eyes as he swiftly turned his head only to see a girl deep into her thoughts. He'd seen her around school. She sits next to him in most classes, however, none of them spoke. He was scared to. He didn't want to creep you out in anyway. But, why was she looking at him like this? Did she want to say something? Is something on his face? No. She was captivated by his breathtaking features. He was perfect in every single way possible. He was formidable.
