anyways Happy Halloween. You guys are probably partying or toilet papering a house XD that's my opinion. Let me know what costumes you guys are wearing, if you do, if you don't then oh well.
After the struggle of working on this, phew I'm beat. Hope you enjoy today's Halloween I'm gonna scarf down some candy and go watch Annabelle, I heard its really scary, thank god it's still in theaters I'm so excited B)

I huff in annoyance.

I Don't think it's a date, you heard him, were just colleagues.

I sigh, I wish there could be more but I don't. The way his face lit up when I said yes, made my insides mushy like a glob of jello.

I walk back to my desk and start organizing the papers. I only got one more hour left anyway.

"Heeey how ya doing?" I look up to meet Nicole's blue eyes and gushy smile.i simply nod and give her my best smile. She was really hyper a few hours ago during my introduction and after that I got to know her and she's really smart.

She showed and explained to me where everything is and what Cane likes to drink in the morning , now that I'll be taking care of him.I've met some co-workers and they've welcomed me with open arms.

Some however, scrutinize me from afar and keep an eye on me. It's been a tense day but I ignore them and focus on the yellow folders in front of me.

I separate the ones that I've already completed to the ones I have to finish.

"So how do you feel about Gregory as your boss hmm?" She quirks an eyebrow.

I move my chair back and get up to put the folders in the right drawers to distract myself.I've been trying to avoid that subject all day.i already have my nerves in a bunch from that heating encounter this morning. He makes me breathless just by the dominance in his eyes,pools of blue. I shake my head and grunt. My heart rate is picking up just thinking about him.

No more.

I look back at Nicole and see her red as a tomato.

"God your cute when you blush! Hey you want to have dinner with a few co-workers tonight. Ok? Cause I want to make you feel welcome. I know you have a place to stay here but a night out sounds good." She skips away, bringing the happiness with her.
