"What are you talking about?" I say closing the trunk to my car just having finished loading the car

"I can't do it, me and Gemma have never gotten along and my Grandma doesn't even like me," He says stubbornly crossing his arms

"Is that true, about your sister?" I ask sympathetically

"No, She's my best friend," he huffs out

"Then how bad can it be?" I say walking up to him

"Pretty bad, you think Bens bad? Well my cousin are the fucking worst," He says frowning

"C'mon don't be dramatic, nobody's worse then Ben," I say leading him to the car

"They are! They're all snobby little brats who think the sun shines out of their own fucking ass all because they were raised on money." Harry says despite getting into the car

I enter the drivers seat and continue to listen to him rant as we pull out of the driveway.

"Oh! And they all love to shit on me, they see me as some sort of fucking charity case my grandparents were forced to take on. I wouldn't be surprised if my grandparents themselves saw me like that too," He says slumping in his seat

"Well if they say anything like that to you while I'm around then I'll be sure to show them just how special you are to me....with my fist," I say glancing to look at him

"No Louis, don't start anything with them. My grandparents will just hate on me even more for ruining their perfect little dinner," Harry says bitterly

"I'll least I'll get to see Olivia," He says sitting up

"Olivia? Who's that?" I ask curiously

"She's my cousin, the only good one. She's kind and edgy and pretty and so nice to me," Harry says his face lighting up

"Okay calm down Harry you're beginning to sound borderline incesty," I say jokingly

"Ew Lou! That's my cousin, plus you can't act all possessive over there," he says giving me a knowing look

"Possessive? When am I ever possessive?" I say trying to focus on the road

"That's besides the point, they can't know we're dating," He says turning to look out of the car window

"You don't plan telling them about us? Or them?" I say gesturing to his baby bump which he has his hand placed over

"Don't get me wrong, I don't wanna hide you, it's just they'll disown me, and then we'll end up homeless and poor." He says with wide eyes

"That's fine love, tell them what you feel comfortable with when you feel comfortable," I say trying to calm him

"Thanks Louis," He says sincerely

"Don't worry about it love, now tell me more about this Olivia girl." I say trying to distract him

He continues talking about the girl until we reach the airport. I unload the car of our luggage and head to the long line to buy tickets for our flight.

Once we obtain them we head through security and wait for our flight. As we begin to board the plane I hear my phone ding with multiple messages. However I'm not able to check them until after Harry and I are in our seats waiting for the plane to lift off

Mom: Louis where the hell are you?

Mom: The month is over you should be here by now

Mom: I just saw Niall and Liam so where are you?

Mom: Why haven't you answered our calls?

Mom: We allowed you to ignore us for the month but this is enough

As I begin to read the next message my mothers phone call overtakes my screen.

I decide I can't ignore her any longer and pick up the phone call

"Hello?" I answer nervously

"Louis! Where the hell are you!" My mother's voice shrieks through the phone

"I'm away, I'm sorry I didn't tell you guys," I say trying to remain quiet Harry not noticing I'm on the phone yet

"Away? What does that mean?" She says just as loud as before

"Louis William Tomlinson! We had a party planned for you! You have completely embarrassed us as a family. Our most respected friends were here!" She yells at me

"I'm sorry, I just thought you know I'm 18 almost 19 and I can make my own decisions," I say quietly

"Well you can't!! Now tell me where the hell you are!!" She says angrily

"On a plane," I say my voice small

"A plane? Where to?" She asks getting louder

"To my boyfriend's family's house" I say without thinking, her stern voice pushing me to tell the truth

Harry turns around having heard me say boyfriend. He looks confused as he watches me continue the conversation .

The other line is silent the only thing keeping me from hanging up is my mother's breathing.

"Boyfriend!?" She suddenly screams in my ear making me flinch away from the phone

"Have you gone mad! Is that what you want now? To dishonor our family! You're a complete disappointment!" She yells at me

"You will break up with that boy and get yourself home immediately!" She yells at me firmly

"No, I love him okay? I won't do that," I say ignoring Harry's wide eyes

"While you're living under my roof you will follow my goddam rules!" She tells me bitterly

"What you're asking me to do is unacceptable! I'm growing up and I won't let you control me any longer," I tell her over the phone

"Well then don't come home, now or ever," she says immediately

"What?" I say completely shocked

"And please when someone asks you what you're name is don't tell them you're a Tomlinson. You've disgraced us enough," She says venom filling her voice before she hangs up

I sit in my seat absolutely shocked with a worried Harry watching me.

"Lou what's wrong?" Harry asks me worriedly

"My mom, she kicked me out," I say quietly

"What?" He asks holding my hand in shock

"It's whatever she was my step-mom anyway. She just raised me but it's no big deal," I tell him trying to hide my pain

"It's fine, you can move in with me, I'm sorry that happened," He says trying to soothe me

Soon it is announced that we will lift off and a flight attendant demonstrates a few safety procedures then leaves and we begin to take off.

I remain silent most of the flight the full extent of what just happened not hitting me yet. Harry falls asleep with his head on my shoulder and I remember just why I had stood up to my mother.

It was for Harry and the babies on the way, and that was something I would get used to

Because I'd do anything for them
