The air seems to weigh down as if I was carrying a rock weighing thousand tonne on my back when it was actually my backpack with my laptop and a few groceries I need for the night.
I let out a deep sigh thinking how every night is the exact replica of yesterday, nothing is different..the same old streets, the same old people strolling around and the busy lanes of market, to everyone else its about what the night has to offer, exploring different cuisines enjoying the night life and you ask me what I'm about to do? Simply nothing.
All that's in my mind is the faster I get to my room, the faster I could finish my work and go to bed.
How did my life turn into the vicious cycle that sucks the life out of me, I've got no idea. Hell! I don't even know when it ended up as such.
Being born in an orthodox family, there wasn't much I could do on my own but I didn't have any complaints cause even within the steel fencing around me, I still had chances to go out with my friends and enjoy. I gradually came into the view that compromising a little bit indeed got me greater gains, even if that sounds degrading.
But now as I'm away, living on my own, I somehow wish for the little fence that was around me, as it kept me in the safe warmth of the house.
