"This place is odd, I'm not sure how to feel about it," I say as I glance up at Emerson. "Where is Ella," I ask before doing a three-sixty looking for her.

  "Oh no."

"What, what's the problem," I say as I unknowingly start to raise my voice.

"Sometimes when multiple people travel they all don't end up at the same location," said Emerson as he reaches in his pocket under his cloak and pulls out a small gadget. I make a confused face and almost instantaneously it's like he read my mind, "It's used to see if any humans are in this relative location."

"I've found something," Emerson says as we start walking.

I hope she's okay. What if something happens to her? No, I can't think like that? What if we can't find her? Am I over reacting? Wait, why am I freaking out so much over her, it's not like she's my girlfriend or something. I should focus on finding Anna. I mean, I don't even know her, but what about Beth? What if we can't find Ella. How am I going to bring back Beth and not Ella? No. I will not leave anyone behind, even if it cost me my life. Jesus, why am I even thinking about this? Everything and everyone are going to be fine.

  "Help!"

  Was that Ella?

"Ella," Emerson and I say in unison. We start running in the direction we heard the cry. We stop about 50 feet in front of a bunch of grayish things surrounding something.

"That has to be Ella!" My eyes start to water up as that thought sinks in. My mind is sending words to my mouth but it feels like it's sown shut. All I could get out was, "No," I as rushed towards Ella.
