"That's odd. Bakugou doesn't seem like someone who would consider something like that, or agree to anything that involves people.."

His eyes narrowed and he held his chin in thought, glaring you down.

"Did he kidnap you?"

Your heart stopped and you opened your mouth to speak, but your throat went dry. Luckily, Uraraka scoffed and wrapped her arm around your shoulder, already overly friendly with her newfound companion.

"You're overthinking things again! Like Kacchan would do something like that...he wouldn't! Right?"

Iida rubbed the bridge of his nose and mumbled under his breath, quickly brushing off what they were saying as Midoriya made his way back.

"Bakugou is a good man, but I wouldn't put it past him...Midoriya! Can we not fight everytime we run into him?!"

Midoriya laughed awkwardly and pointed back towards Bakugou, who was now getting to his feet, staring the green haired boy down in anger and shouting.

"T-Tell that to Kacchan, Iida. It's not like I want to fight every encounter...oh!"

The boys gaze moved to you and a blush covered his face, quickly covering half of it in embarrassment as he looked away.

"I-I'm sorry for scaring you earlier. I was just going to refill my canteen when you popped up out of nowhere. Again I'm really really sorry-"

His voice grew quiet as he began to mutter the rest of his apology, his words getting faster and faster until Uraraka smacked the incoherent boy on the back.

"I think she gets it, Deku."

"Ah, right, I'm sorry. My name is Izuku by the way, Midoriya Izuku."

He held out a gloved hand and you smiled, sighing as this was the first normal feeling introduction. You took his hand and shook it firmly, taking this chance to ask your own questions.

"I'm (L/N)(F/N). How do you all know Bakugou?"

Midoriya's eyes lit up when he heard the name, and looked back, waving for Bakugou to come over towards them, but he only growled and barked out in his mother tongue.

"Ah...Kacchan and I are childhood friends! These are also my friends, we've all known each other, but we recently met up again on our travels."

You raised an eyebrow and breathed out a questionable laugh.

"Fr-Friends? He doesn't seem very..friendly towards you."

The boy rubbed the back of his neck and Shoto stepped in, nodding over to Bakugou.

"That guy doesn't like anyone, except for maybe his tribe, but I wouldn't be surprised if he hated them as well. He isn't the nicest, if you haven't noticed by now."

A quick flash of your memories so far shot through your mind and you smiled weakly.

"I'll admit he's, temperamental."

Uraraka called for him once more and huffed when Bakugou began to walk the opposite way, and you put a hand on her shoulder.

"Well, our camp is that way, if you'd like to rest there with us. We could continue our conversation there!"

Her face lit up and she nodded like a child, leading the group with you at her side as everyone further introduced themselves.

"I'm only a witch in training, but I've got lots of experience under my belt! Iida is a trained Knight, and To- Shoto, is...um-"
