"Thank doc," Dean voiced before she went on her way.

"That's odd," Dean voiced giving Sam a pointed looked

"Maybe it's a coincidence," Sam voiced

"People's hearts give out all the time man," Sam defended

"No they don't," Dean voiced

"Do we really have to look this one in the mouth? Why can't we be thankful that the guy saved your life," Sam asked getting annoyed

"Because I can't shake this feeling, that's why," Dean voiced standing up

Ella was sitting in one of the chairs trying to block out the bickering between her Dad and Uncle also trying to get the strange man, Reaper, out of her mind.

She wonder why she could see these scary things and others couldn't.

"When I was healed, I just...I felt...wrong?" Dean voiced

"I felt cold, and for one second I saw someone this old man-

Picking her head up she looked at her Dad, "You saw the man in the suit too Daddy?!" She asked moving over to him.

Both Sam and Dean were concerned as Dean spoke, "How did you know about that Ella?" Dean asked but she shrugged

Between Sam and his premonition and Ella connection with the supernatural it made him worried.

Dean still didn't feel right and he was determined to figure out what it was. While Sam went to find out about the heart attack guy Dean and Ella went back to the Reverend's place.

Dean didn't take long so Ella waited outside on the porch while Dean got more information. He couldn't understand why he was picked out of everybody else.

He never saw his worth and that was its own wound that needed unpacking. But he was always close to seeing that every time he was around Ella.

Her admiration for him is one of the things that keeps him going, how much she cares for others and by how strong she is handling everything that's be dealt to her.

"Come on anklebiter," Dean voiced as she took his hand.

Both we heading down the stairs when Dean ran into another church goer he met when they had arrived.

"Dean, hey," The young blonde, Layla called out with a smile.

"How are you feeling?" She asked

"I feel good, cured, I guess," He voiced

"What are you doing here?" He asked

"You know my mom wanted to talk to the reverend," She voiced before her eyes met Ella as she shyly waved

"This my daughter Ella," Dean introduced

"Nice to meet you," Layla voiced with a smile as her mother met up with her.

"Layla," She heard her name called as the two of them stood out the way.

"Yes, I'm here again," She voiced but the wife of the Reverend didn't have much to offer them.

"I'm sorry but Roy is resting he won't be seeing anyone else right now," She voiced

"Sue Ann please, this our sixth time he's got to see us," Layla's mother pleaded

"Roy's well aware of Layla's situation and he very much wants to help as soon as the lord allows," She responded before giving both a sympathetic smile before heading inside.

The mother turned around only to glare at Dean, "Why are you still even here, you got what you wanted," She sneered

"Mom. Stop." Layla voiced
