If a genre is full then the extra batch will only be counted in if they fill 5 spots. So basically while the starting max. entries allowed for each genre is 5 if another batch of people enters the same genre then we will sort them out into batches of 5. If for example, there are currently only 13 entries until the awards stop accepting the forms, then the 3 entries will, unfortunately, have to be declined unless they want to move their entry to another genre so they can even out the other genres.
