y/n's pov

after our second encounter of the two cloneblade users mr Takayama told us that the cloneblade is a copy of the witchblade and that it is not as strong as the original I also told him that they wanted me and trish alive for some reason which was not good so me and masane went back to my shop to discuss about why they would be after me

y/n: seriously first I have demons coming cafter me because I'm related to sparda and now I have people from the Neogene man my luck just gets worse

masane: no kidding but I'm curious why would the Neogene be after you?

y/n: who knows but if its the Neogene then its not good

after a couple of minutes of waiting I was about to go for a drive on my bike but masane grabbed my wrist with a light blush on her face

masane: hey how would you like to come over to mine and rhioko's place to have lunch to get somethings off your mind 

y/n: sure I would love to I was needing something to get my mind off of the Neogene

masane: great! lets go * in her mind* a guy like y/n sure does have a lot on his plate why does my heart beat so fast when I'm around him

then we went to marry's garden we hanged around with the others in the lobby when rhioko was finished making lunch for everyone with the help of Mariko as we eat we all had a good time I wonder how dad is holding up with his luck when it comes to money

Maria's pov

I was in the middle of reading my favorite legend and story the legend of the dark demon knight sparda how he betrayed his own kind to defend humans and fall in love with a human I was wondering if I'll ever meet a descendent of sparda according to the legend both him and his wife had twin boys then the door to my room opened snapping me out of my thoughts I turn to the door only to see the one person I disliked

Nora: Father wants to see you in his office

Maria: alright I'm coming

as I closed my book we left to go see my grandfather on are way there I was thinking on what I want the most and it was a family with a loving mother and father with a sibling it was the one thing I would think a lot about since I was created after a couple of minutes walking we made it to grandfather's office

Tatsuoki: *smiles* ah how are you doing my grand daughter?

Maria: I'm doing good grandfather! I've been reading up on my favorite legend and story of the legendary dark knight sparda

Tatsuoki: ah yes that story it is a good one to think a demon would have a heart to love a human truly inspiring

Maria: so will you be able to spend some time with me?

Tatsuoki: *sighs* sorry but I wont be able to got a lot of paper work to do
