Dealing with a date

Start from the beginning

The accident that caused Hisashi to lose half of his face. He said it was a quirk he was trying to study that ended poorly. That was all the information Inko had been given after getting emailed the news by one of Hisashi's co-worker's Kurogiri whom she has yet to meet. Ever since their separation, Hisashi has moved back to Japan and has taken up being his parental responsibilities and she couldn't be happier.

Hisashi, she knew loved their son, simply adored him. Yet even knowing this she was skeptical when Izuku came back from his father's house with a boys number. There was nothing wrong with her son liking boys or anything of that sort! She just expected out of all the boys Izuku knew his first date would be with his childhood friend Katsuki. Though they had been growing farther apart recently. Only to become more skeptical when that boy turned out to be a man but she couldn't help but be happy for him after seeing her son's sweet face turn bright red and his wide smile that could only rival her love Toshi's smile.

After asking her son about him Izuku seemed to be under the impression that he was helping this "Chisaki" person with his thesis. This didn't stop her from blocking the front door so Izuku couldn't leave without getting by her. She wasn't about to miss his first date.

Inko could hear her son's footsteps clamber down the hallway towards the front door until her son skidded to a stop in front of her. His face dusted with a light blush across his cheeks and his hair a whirlwind of a mess. She clutched her phone and smiled at her son "Say cheese!" He looked confused as the flash on my camera went off.

She squealed at the sweet picture of her frazzled looking son who was still blinking from the flash. "What was that mom?" Izuku asked snapping out of his daze.

"Nothing nothing! Are you going out to see Chisaki-san? Where are you going to meet him? Do you need any money for where ever you're going?" Inko let all the question flow out of her mouth.

Her son flailed his arms about "N-no I don't need any money, dad gave me some last time I was with him. Um and I am meeting him just at a coffee shop Mom."

"Make sure he is nothing but a gentleman Izu." she reminded him as she stepped away from the door to let him pass. He assured him that they were just meeting up to talk about Chisaki's thesis before running out the front door. She laughed at her sweet boy before looking back at the picture she had just taken before sending it to the family group chat that Izuku had started for everyone to communicate on.

** Izuku's Pov**

Turning the corner of the street he could see the Cafe's small sign ahead, after sprinting down several streets he had made it to the Cafe with minutes to spare. Thankfully he had made it on time, from what he has gathered about Chisaki the man lived for punctuality. Always going on about how he has to wait for his employees and the such. The texts the two of them had exchanged had been the highlight of the past week. Not even Kacchan's cruel words could get him down after Chisaki's rants about how perfect he was and that he shouldn't listen to the kids at his school.

Outside of the Cafe, he could see a familiar head of dark hair sitting at a small table outside of the little shop. "Chisaki-San!" he called out running over to the table.

The man turned his head as Izuku made his way over, Chisaki's mouth turned up into a small smile. When Izuku stood before him Chisaki joined him standing to reach out his hand "It's good to see you again Izuku-kun." Taking his hand Izuku was expecting a simple handshake, after all, he seemed like such a businessman. What he didn't expect was the press of lips against the top of his hand.
