Kirishima POV

I walked down the sidewalk, happily having a conversation with Bakugo.

"Bye, dumb hair, see you tomorrow," Bakugo mumbled, before walking to his house.

 I sighed, walking over to my house. I opened the door, only to see...

 my dad..beating.. mom... It looked, very... violent.. I think her arm was broken, or she's just, too scared to move, considering that her arm is limp. All the noise just, faded out. All I could hear was mom's screaming, and dad calling her a worthless housewife.. He's just, punching her.. so much... I can hear her cries of pain, begging dad to stop after every blow... Suddenly I snap back into reality. I need to hide. I leave the front door open, and run upstairs, to hide in my room. But he hears the steps creaking and my panicked mumbles. He drops mom on the kitchen floor, and yells out "AKANE, GET BACK HERE!" Tears start rushing down my face. He knows that I've changed. He grabs me by the throat before I can reach my room, and pulls me down to the kitchen where mom is. 

"Who do you THINK YOU ARE, CALLING YOURSELF A BOY? YOU'RE JUST GONNA BE A WORTHLESS HOUSEWIFE, LIKE YOUR MOTHER. NOTHING ELSE. NO HERO, NO NOTHING. YOUR QUIRK IS USELESS ANYWAYS."

 I tried to scream, but it was one of those terrifying screams where nothing comes out. I keep trying to scream, but I'm just too scared to get my voice to work. 

"ARE YOU TRYING TO SCREAM, AKANE? ARE YOU TRYING TO GET THE POLICE CALLED, OR SOMETHING? ARE YOU TRYING TO MAKE ME LOOK TERRIBLE? IT WON'T WORK, I'M LOVED BY EVERYONE!" Dad starts to punch me. I activate my quirk, but after time the blows will weaken me. I can feel the blood from my nose running down my face. "YOU'LL NEVER BE ANYTHING, AKANE. YOU'RE A WORTHLESS FAILURE OF A DAUGHTER." 

Mom tried to get up and get me out of his grip but got pushed down. I've had enough. I let out the most horrific scream..

BAKUGO POV

"Bye, dumb hair," I mumbled, before heading home. I finally got home, that walk was fucking long. I push the door open, only to see nobody home. Fucking fantastic! I slam the door behind me, and rush to my room, to change into my workout clothes. I change (kinky) and run out of my room. 

I then hear a horrific scream. I instantly run toward the sound, only to realize it came from dumb hair's house. I run into his house, terrified, only to see a grotesque sight.  EI's mom laying on the kitchen floor, with blood splattered around her. Is she dead? No, she can't be, I see her breathing.. I run back out of the house and call 911.

"911 what's your emergen-"

"I'M AT XXXX, XXXX ROAD, PLEASE SEND AMBULANCES, I THINK THERE'S A LADY DYING HERE, AND THE NUMBER 4 HERO IS BEATING HIS FAMILY."

"On our way sir, we will be there in five minutes. Do you have a provisional license?"

"Yes, got it last week, why?"

"This is a figure of authority giving you permission to use your quirk in battle. Just, don't kill anyone."

"Yes ma'am, got it." 

I think to myself, "OH FUCK, OH FUCK, I'M ALLOWED TO USE MY QUIRK, BUT NOT KILL ANYONE? IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE? WELL FUCK IT, I'M GONNA KILL THAT ASSHOLE FOR HURTING EI! But, then again, the thought of Ei being alone is even worse.. and, I'd have to go to jail.." Suddenly I start coughing, and a few red petals come out of my mouth. (OHH SHIITTT DAWGG, HERE WE GO AGAIN)  

I brush it off. I don't have time to care about that, although it is strange, I must save Ei first. I charge into the house, saying "I'M GONNA KILL YOU, YOU BASTARD!" at the top of my lungs. What I assume to be the idiot dad everyone 'knows and loves' drops Ei, who's covered in his own blood onto the floor, and faces me. "OH, FINALLY, A FIGHT. ARE YOU GONNA BE A LITTLE GIRL ABOUT IT TOO, OR ARE YOU GON-" I have had enough. I bring my hands up, and I shoot an explosion at the father.

He falls back, confused and slightly on fire. Anytime he came close to me, I hit him with another explosion. Eventually, the cops arrived. Finally, the little fucks were taking too long. They take him away. When they started to put Ei in the ambulance, I went in after them. When I sat down, I started to cough up more of those god damn flower petals. The doctor looked at me, and smiled solemnly. 

 "Hanaki, its a disease that comes from un-reciprocated love, at the rate of flowers I'd say you have about a month before we would have to do the surgery." I look up "Only a month huh?" I replied.

Kirishima's Pov 

When I woke up I saw Bakugo leaning on the bed asleep " Bakugo I'm u-ack" then started coughing up orange flower petals... wait...do I have ... Hanaki? I lied back down onto my pillow and fell asleep.

Bakugos Pov

"Okay students, as you all know you have been assigned a roommate, now go and find them so I have one less job to finish." Mr. Aizawa said. I went up to the board and saw I wasn't with Ei. FUCK. I was paired with weird pikachu, fun. I was about to sit back down, but I felt a familiar scratchy sensation in my throat. GOD, NOT NOW. I tried to calm down, as panic was already filling my voice. "B-BathrooM," I shouted, and casually sprinted out of the bathroom.

When I got to the bathroom, I ran into a stall. I couldn't hold it back any longer, so I ended up coughing up half of a rosebud. When I was done coughing my lungs out, I noticed there is blood on the petals. "God, it's getting worse," I mumbled, flushing the petals. I walked to the sink, washing the blood off my face, before heading back to class.

The first thing I'm greeted with upon entering class is a very panicked looking Kirishima. Like normal, I started to panic because normally, Kirishima isn't like this. I pushed my emotions down for a minute and walked up to him.

"Hey, Ei, why do you look so panicked? There's nothing to be scared about.."

"It's... It's just my roommate."

"What, did you get Mineta? Oh, wait, I forgot Mineta is alone." I chuckled, trying to lighten the mood. "Your roommate can't be as bad as Mineta, right?" Kirishima sighed, and mumbled, "For me, it's the worst.."

"I was paired with Izuku Midoriya."
