Neglected

What's the point of believing,
When you know he can't be yours.
What's the point of dreaming,
When you can't make him smile.

You know you're never the option,
Last you might add but no.
It's sad but that's what's happening.
You wish it to end in another way.

Regrettably it's not you he's seeing.
Painfully there's no you and him in ours.
Sadly you're still waiting.
In the vain of distance of a great mile.

You cry all night and sleep in a concoction.
Traces of your teats still so raw.
You wanted to give it a break and stop crying,
But still tomorrow you cried the whole day.
