I have immune deficiency, which means that my immune system doesn't work that well as it should.
I have to stay 6 feet away from people or I could possibly get infected by them and get really sick.

This time I'm in the hospital because of my immune deficiency I got pneumonia.
Not does only my system suck, now my lungs do too, great...

I sigh, grab another get well soon card and put it on my board with the rest of the drawings and cards.
Suddenly I hear a knock on the door "are you sure can't come with us on vacation?" Emma says.
You turn around and smile. Emma puts on a mouth mask and gloves for my protection.
I want to hug her, but I can't.
She notice and gives me an airhug. It's not the same, but you get the idea.
Then Stacey walks in and sees us airhugging.
" let me join, let me join" she says and gives an airhug.
Emma looks at Stacey. "Stacey where is your mouth mask and your gloves?" Emma ask.
"relax relax I have them right here" Stacey says and puts them on.
"yeah Y/N are you sure you can't come?" Stacey ask.
I smile and nod. "yes I'm sure, you guys would have to wear mask and gloves all the time and me too, besides flirting would be really difficult because this look is not sexy" I say, laughing.
"speak for yourself, I can flirt what I want girls love this look" Stacey says.
Emma rolls her eyes.
"you know what I mean Stacey" I say.
Stacey nods "yeah I know, I know. I just want you to be there with us" Stacey says.
I nod and quickly change the subject "show me your bathing suits" I quickly say.
They grab their bathing suits and I pick some for them to bring on their vacation.
Emma looks at her watch "sorry sweetie we have to go and pack out stuff for tomorrow" she says.
I nod and blow her a kiss. Stacey and Emma blow a kiss back and leave.
I sigh, sit on my bed and put the breathing tubes in my nose and grab my book again.
Then nurse Erin walks in.
"you, NICU, 15 minutes" she says and walks away.
I nod and get dressed.
I pack my portable oxygen tubes and take them with me.
"I'm going to watch some cute babies" I whisper to myself and walk out of my room.
