Dark, bleak and tantalising; the night's sky never looked so beautiful. The atmosphere was calm and quiet - that's what I loved most about the night time, nobody to disturb me. Life was feeling like an endless loophole which I couldn't escape - I wanted to escape, desperately. There I was, sitting under a tall tree; gathering my thoughts on life. But I couldn't concentrate on my thoughts. My focus was towards the boy sitting on the swing by himself, he had bright red hair and a face mask on. I continued to stare at him until he noticed me from a distance, I quickly looked away and thought to myself, 'this is awkward'. Anxiety filled my stomach as I could feel his presence getting closer and closer.
"Hi"
I tilted my head up, and I could see his face clearly. His mask was down and he had very satisfying facial features. The distraction of his face caught me off guard, as I couldn't stop looking at him. the eye contact was long and silent, his eyes were so alluring. He had dangerous eyes, it appeared to me that this guy had intentions - good or bad, I will never know. What I also don't know is how I got the confidence to even look at him. I should have minded my own business and went home, in peace.
"hello" my head bowed down as I replied in a weakened tone, not wanting to continue making eye contact with him. I was too embarrassed to speak - 'the anti-socialness' of me was coming out and I began to show the boy that I wasn't interested in talking. But interestingly enough that wasn't the case, he was gorgeous and he looked very gentle. However, I had a bad feeling about this
The mysterious boy sat down next to me, adjusting his position,
"I'm Eunsang, Lee Eunsang"
His voice.. was so soft, it sounded like an angel had just sung a song for me; all he did was state his name. I found it strange that I was just finding him attractive, that's not like me. I don't even know the guy, somehow he gives me these vibes, reckless vibes - but I like it. I can't stop myself from looking at his face again. He was really cute. This moment felt like a dream, too good to be true.
"Yoon Jieun," I told him my name, looking up at the stars
"A lovely name for a lovely-looking girl" Eunsang chuckled next to me, I could feel him losing his composure by just saying that. It made me smile internally, and my insides were twisting.

We spoke for a while, and it was past midnight. The awkwardness between us slowly vanished but I was still very cautious around this stranger, it was unexpected that on the night that I was having troubles, I meet a boy that seems like a saint... Eunsang offered to take me home but as I'm still not fond of him, I declined. And instead, we exchanged phone numbers.
I got home around 2 in the morning, the house was pitch black, and silence filled the air. quietly, my feathery feet tip-toed their way upstairs and into my room. once the door shut, I exhaled in relief,
My phone that was in my hand buzzed,
