within the passing two years of the war, opavia continued to thrive. with the assistance of the many opavian harboring in the sky, labor workers increased efficiently which brought more promising harvest seasons, restaurants, shops, and overall marketing success.
many extra buildings and homes had been built in the process, a memorial for jace placed in a plaza in the town. it was a stone statue with her bow leaning against it and an orange feather. flowers sat infront of it, an old man approaching slowly. he leaned down to replace to flowers before slowly shuffling away.
it was early in opavia, the sun just beginning to make its trek in the sky as the glowing plants faded at the natural light, morning dew remaining over them.
in the home of t'kai, vitani, kierra, oboiye, and kendrick lay sprawled out on kendrick and oboiye's floor.
kendrick, who's hair has grown tremendously and been trimmed on the sides, had grown a beard. his paints remained yellow with an extra line on his cheek. he was shirtless, his long yellow coat slung over a chair in the opposite corner of the room. his scythe leaned in the doorway beside vitani's bow and oboiye's sword. he wore greyed-blue pants with a white scarf around his hip and trailing to his right thigh. he wore feathers along the scarf, each a grey. his mouth was slightly parted to reveal his golden grill on the bottom rows of his teeth, a gold chain around his neck alongside a blue beaded necklace. he wore gold forearm armor on his left arm, golden rings and bracelets decorating his arm and tail.
kierra rested her head on his chest, snoring carelessly. her figure had become much curvier, still sporting a small bust although her hips and thighs had widened. her hair had grown shoulder length, placed in a small ponytail with curls hanging before her eyes. her paints remained the same, a white piece of cloth wrapped around her neck a single time before crossing over her breast to create an "x" on her back. she wore a long brown skirt with two slits on her hips, a crotch guard placed between a piece of the white bandages along her waist. she wore regular hoops in her ears with bracelets solely on her right wrist (purple, black, yellow). there was a black string around her neck with a single red bead in the center. she wore a red string in her ponytail, tied in a bow.
her foot moved to carelessly kick oboiye who scowled. he wore a skintight sleeveless faded-black shirt, bandages wrapped around his waist. two pieces of dark grey cloth hung from his waist before his black pants, his feet wrapped at the bottom. his hair had thickened at the top, two strands loose before his forehead with beads attached to one. along with a small beard, his scarf wrappped loosely around his neck as the excess laid out on the ground. like kierra, he wore the colors of his siblings along his wrist with a gold chain around his neck. he snored, vitani curled up beside him.
her hair had grown long and curly, hitting just her midback. the top has was pulled back in a bun, a golden cuff placed at the ends, leaving a tuff of hair out. she wore a faded dark purple off the shoulder shirt which stopped in the center of her torso, the sleeves extending to her forearm before being overtaken with a gold cuff on her right hand and a sea of bracelets on the other. she had a black scarf wrapped around her waist before turning into a crotch guard, her pants slit open on the sides.
"Wake up!" Ada burst into the room, banging on pots with rotten, hardened fruit.
"Ma!" Kierra whined as they slowly sat up, rubbing their sleepy eyes.
"We must train!" She continued banging, Kendrick covering his ears.
"Iro Salva 'for what'?" Vitani whined.
