You were so fluffy
And you were so soft
Provided me with the comfort
And the much needed rest
Through my darkest nights
And even through the happy ones
You were the one
Who listened to my whispers
The murmurs of my heart
Got soaked with my tears
Got drenched with my fears
Hugged my head
And provided me with the much needed lap
Stroked my withering feelings
And heard my endless whisperings
You were my friend
Under the white ceiling
Kept me company on this cold flat mattress
Which is called my bed
