Hate,
A word so ugly that it can destroy the very bases of a friendship.
A word so harsh it can break two lovers apart.
A word so careless it can drive a family to despair.A word so, dark, that people murder over it.
This word, was known by one man in the world the best, he had no friends, and no family left, he always said he hated everyone.
Now why would a man say that to everyone he knew, why would he want to push everyone away that ever loved him? The answer may be dark and may make you hate the word hate. The man was known with a single problem he thought that everyone was out to get him, he lived in constant fear of his life because everywhere he looked, he saw perversions of what really was.
This is a story of when he was young
This man's name is Alex, Alex was diagnosed with this when he was 11 years old, when he started to become more and more frightened of everyday things, so when he was asked to draw what made him afraid.
He drew the room they were all in, so the doctor smiled when he said he would draw the room. But when he looked upon it.. he started shaking, and looked with fear to the boy and laid a hand upon him.
That moment the doctor said to his parent's "I can not help your son, this is beyond what i can help him with." he then gave the drawing to Alex his parents, so when he did they started crying, his mother nearly collapsing from shock.
But Alex? Alex just sat their, numbly emotionless looking at his own world, the world where everything was dark and twisted, the desk had razor sharp teeth and was trying to eat his legs. The chair had eyes and feet that wanted to carry him away into the mirror which was a portal to hell, and the pen he just wrote with was a rose's stick, and had a hole with blood as ink from all the blood it drew from it's points.
His parents beckoned him to follow them so he stepped off the stool onto the carpet, which was like a wave which kept trying to trip him over. Now his parent's looked normal to the boy, you probably think.
You would be wrong in this however, as the boy had nothing that was normal, not even his teddy-bear, he was home schooled by his parents who wanted him to know that their home was safe, because even though they needed to go outside to the psychiatrist. The boy would always wear special made glasses on his head that blackened his entire view, so he did not need to see the outside world as it was more twisted then he could take, occasionally if there was a bump in the road they fell off his head.
But at that very moment, the boy would scream and cry, his eyes looked dark and afraid every time they saw them, today, Alex his parent's looked out on the driveway of their home, there was a little girl smiling and waving at them, they knew who it was, it was the daughter of the new mother in the neighborhood.
They moved in a few weeks ago and the daughter kept trying to ask them if Alex was home to play, they had to lie to her every single time, and so did her own mother so the boy would not be more scared.
Before they came up to the driveway however, there was a speed bump and his father said. "Shit!" Both the parent's looked back at Alex to check on him, however, something was different about him, they stared in shock when the car stopped as they looked back. Their boy was smiling.
A glistering in his eyes that they saw last when he was younger, they asked him if he was alright, and he nodded and said. "S-she is beautiful.." For it was not something of a psychological point what was wrong with him..
The boy quiet literally could see the dangers of the world, the perversions and sins of people, the girl however, was pure, she had never done a wrong thing, even in his demented world, wherever the walked, a spot of light remained, and in that spot he could see the real world. He smiled and stepped outside of the car without his goggled, but without screaming he slowly walked up to her and held out his hand. "My name is Alex" he said. The girl smiled and shook his hand before kissing his cheek, and he blushed. "My name is Amy." The girl said and they played together for hours outside.
They drew with chalk on the ground the things they liked, she drew horses, chocolate, gaming consoles and his family. alex drew his glasses, his pencils and, her. The girl smiled and they went to the playground, there he met her friends, mostly girls, and he smiled at them and introduced himself, they made jokes about his problem, but Amy stood up for him.
She told hem how serious it was, and they said sorry, ever since they were friends, a group of friends, and they treated him like they would want to. Alex started to write poetry when he grew up.
Amy loved the poems and she started to draw more and more detailed, she one time drew herself and Alex kissing, he wondered why, but then she kissed him and asked him to be her boyfriend.
He asked what that was, and she looked confused, after explaining it they told their parents, when their parent's knew they smiled, as Amy herself also had a problem before she had met Alex.
She saw the world as a place of pain after what her mother had gone through, this had traumatized the poor girl, but the day she met Alex he lifted that burden off of her.You see, before Alex met her, she was depressed, suicidal at that very young age she had multiple attempts on her list, if she had attempted once more she would have never seen the outside again.
so like my other stories this one has a morale, and this one is slightly more hidden then the rest, so i am going to state it here.
While there is less gore in this one, the point i drive remains the same.Everyone needs someone, we may not love ourselves, but we can love others if shown the path, as love of others can inspire us to love ourselves.~ The Story Teller

The twisted Thorns - Original short Stories with a morale.
KurzgeschichtenI enjoy writing multiple stories when i can due to the fact it helps me focus on other things afterwards. Most of my stories are written to music boxes as their tunes can be seen as dark or loving. Please do tell me if you have an idea or tell me a...
