"I don't know what to say." Danny chuckled, releasing her hand.

"Don't say anything." Clara shook her head. "Or, if you feel like you must, say something nice."

"I like your name." He offered.

Clara nodded. "It's a start."

"Oswald. It suits you."

"Drifting now." Clara snickered.

"Well, it's better than Pink." Danny stated.

"No, Pink, Pink is nice." Clara shook her head. "I like Pink."

"You can have it."

Clara's eyebrows shot up. "A bold offer, Mr Pink."

Danny sputtered as he tried to recover, Clara smirking at him. "I meant – you – no –"

"I know, I know." Clara couldn't help but laugh.

"Why can't I speak today?" Danny groaned.

"It's that foot you're keeping in your mouth." Clara said, smiling.

"Is that where I put it?" Danny joked.

"Anyway . . . Clara Pink." Clara made a face. "Too much."

"Yeah." Danny nodded. "It's a bit much."

"Mind you, Rupert Pink," Clara began.

A glass smashed in the background, and Danny froze. "Sorry?"

"Er. . ." Clara bit her lip, trying to recover. She laughed nervous. "Ha ha. Rupert Pink. It's not good."

"Rupert?" Danny repeated.

"Yeah." Clara nodded slowly. "That was your name, yeah?"

"Who told you that?"

"Um . . . someone in the school." She clicked her tongue.

"No." Danny shook his head. "I haven't used that name in years."

Clara tilted her head to try and keep her failing ruse up. "I cannot remember who it was. . ."

Danny squinted at her. "Are you making fun of me?"

"No!" Clara said quickly, sitting up straighter. "No, no, no. No way."

"Is this a joke?"

"Danny, nothing about this is any kind of joke!" She tried to tell him, but then got distracted as the door to the restaurant kitchen open and in walked a person in an orange spacesuit.

"Where's your coat?" Danny asked a distracted Clara.

"My what?" Clara leaned past him to get a better look.

"You put your coat on when you left." He told her, causing her to look down and realize that she was indeed not wearing the jacket she had left in the TARDIS.
