Chanel POV

"Stop Jordan !" "Get up nelly ms.wright said that today was adoption day"he said. "Omg okayyyy I'm up stop pushing me dang" today was Friday so that meant that I had to go to work and I had to do a some people hair on the side.This summer me and my brother finna be straight. I got up and washed my face and drink some water.I brushed my teeth and washed my face I headed back to me and tony room to see him jumping on his bed. "tony stop jumping on this bed and go find you some clothes to put on" he walked out the room and to his closet where we keep our clothes at.After I made my bed I walked to my closet and put on my outfit for the day.

And I wore my hair like this for today

Me and my brother walked down stares to see ms.wright handing out breakfast plates but me and tony just said no thank you and walked to the diner fowl town we never eat the breakfast there because it's honestly nasty to me.

"Nelly you think mom will come back for us " tony asked "sometimes I dream about it but ion think so jordan not this time but it's okay because guess what we can have fun by ourselves and today after work I'll take you to the new arcade" "ok nelly .... I love you nel"he said. I looked at him and he was crying "what's wrong tony why you crying" "sometimes I wish I had a better mom " he said "it's okay tony I love you too " we started walking back to the orphanage and soon we walked in the door and saw a man standing the talking to ms.wright the man looked like he was confused. When he turn around I saw that the man was Dave.

Dave East POV

So today I decided I wanted to bust this orphanage to see my supposed to be kids. I walked in and bumped into a lady the owner of the orphanage she said her name was me.wright and I asked her did she call me about some kids named Chanel and Jordan willams who were supposed to be mines.she said yea and started talking to me about the sign out papers.But as soon as she went to get them to kids walked in the door and when I looked closer they were the kids from the barber shop.Ms.wright came back and when noticed chanel and tony and introduced us "I'm glad that you we are all together now I can tell you that these are your children Mr.East" Ms.wright said.Chanel stormed off to her room and so did Jordan I can tell they were mad so I didn't bother to go after them.A few minutes later they came back with their things and Ms.wright following them I guess she told them that I was signing them out this adoption center. When we got in the car it was silence nobody said anything but I could feel Chanel burning a hole through my face.I turned to her "you got some you wanna say" "Did you know that you was our father?"chanel asked "nah I wouldn't do none of my kids like that....plus I have a lil girl at home too" Throughout the whole car ride that was those were the only words exchanged.I wonder what was going through there heads.

When we got home Chanel still wasn't talking I think she was zoned out kinda until we walked in the house and she bumped into tony and he looked up at her and then looked at me then he did the same with Jordan "These must be your other kids?"he asked. "Yea can you show them their rooms I gotta go get kairi from her moms". "Yea and bring us some back to eat"he said "

Chanel POV

After my da- I don't even know what to call him but after he left I started getting ready for work because I only had an hour before I had to go first I took a shower then I got out and brushed my teeth again after I did all that I picked out my clothes.Because I work at a library I get to wear anything I want.So I decided on wearing this for work.

By the time I got done getting ready the  guy was here. "Hey can you take me to work" "Yea" he said "Where you work at" he asked "The Library" "Ight you know that if I knew y'all were mines I would've been there right" he said "I didn't answer him I just looked out the window. "Why you crying?" He asked I didn't even know I was crying. "Oh no thing just thinking bout something " " look it's not your fault that your my mom can't control her drug usage" "Yea but still she should when to stop or when to start because I feel like if they would've never found you me and Jordan wouldn't have nothing" I said while sniffling. "Well I'm here if you need anything Ight" "can I have a hug" he pulled over in a gas station and got out and gave me a hug. "I love you babygirl you and Jordan" he said "I love you too pop pop" he looked at me and busted out laughing and I started laughing with him. "I'm only letting you call me that and you betta not tell nobody" he said "okay pop pop" I said still laughing.
