"Your turn." Said Persephone, not satisfied with how things played out ever since you showed up in her realm of Elysium.
"We don't have to do this. Just let me pass through Elysium. Adonis would've rallied the people with or without my help."
"You're lying."
"Persephone, you don't have to control everything. You're free to let go. Maybe you can finally go home."
"You know nothing of what I've been through. I was stolen from your world. I had no choice but to take this one for myself." Persephone whistled, signaling Ros as she plucked an Isu artifact from her throne, tossing it in the gaping hole below with a smirk as Ros jumped in with a flash of golden light plunging through the air.
"What?" You questioned pulling your sword from your pack and turning around to address Persephone again, only to be trapped in her godly powers, struggling to get free. But with every jerk you screamed out in pain.
"And this world is mine. Alone." She slowly approached you, her arm still controlling you, she put her fingers up to your forehead, and with a finish of her sentence, she flicked it. Casting you down the very hole Ros jumped into.

With a thud, you fell, slowly picking yourself up off the hard, solid ground. Your (H/C) hair falling and sticking to your face from the sweat. Once you were standing, you checked your surroundings and opened your mouth in slight shock to find skeletons scattered about. You looked forward to three pairs of glowing golden eyes sinking into your soul with a low growl.
"Ros? Good dog... Good dog..."
"Ros" emerged into the cold, dull, sunlight. Three heads protruding from one, thick, black neck with a bony spine emerging from his back and flowing down to his medium-length tail, the bones defining it all the way down. Stepping closer and closer to you with lava seeping from it's jagged teeth.
"...Bad dog..." drawing your bow and poisoned arrows you started circling Cerberos shooting arrows from every side while he threw up fireballs at you one at a time, eventually gaining three fireballs at a time, then leaving hot embers embedded onto the ground. Rolling from side to side, dodging Cerberos's attacks and flames while continuously launching arrows at the guardian of the Underworld until finally, you ran up to him, drawing two of your swords and stabbing them into where his heart would be. With a thunderous howl Cerberos collapsed, and returned into Ros's form. You crouched down beside his lifeless body and tore the Isu artifact that Persephone threw from his collar. You left the small battlefield you landed in and walked towards a long bridge

"You reek of mortal."
You turned around and knew immediately who you were facing,
"Hades."
He descended from the air, his back to you
"The last mortal to dance with Cerberos and live was Herakles. But then, he had Athena and Hermes wrapped around his mighty finger. So tell me, who's wrapped around your finger? Which God helped you slay my beast?" He had fully turned toward you by now, his voice was not as deep as everyone made it out to be. He wore a helmet like Persephone's but his was silver instead of gold and had pieces of metal sticking out from the top, with a red glow complementing said headpiece. A smirk crossed his face, red irises with black sclera's staring into your own (E/C) eyes. He also had medium-length black hair coating his collarbones, and surprisingly, he had a black neck, or... was it paint? Or part of his armor? It didn't matter. Placed onto his back was a giant axe with the word "Χάος" melted into it. And once again, the statues didn't do him any justice, he didn't have a thick beard, hell, he didn't have any facial hair. His main features consisted of thin, furrowed ebony eyebrows. Long laugh lines stopping just above the corners of his thin lips. He also had a cleft chin, but it was barely noticeable, and he had a small bulge on his left cheek, similar to that of a pimple, but not discolored, it just... fit. He had to be at least 6 ft. Maláka he was tall... Hades noticed your observations and how you studied his facial features, 'is she committing every detail of me to her memory?' He thought to himself. His smirk grew longer while he stared at you studying him before clearing his throat. You jumped slightly and blushed at how long you were staring at his figure. He laughed lightly, tucking his hands behind his back,
"Well? What say you, mortal?"
"I didn't need help from the gods-" He approached you closely,
"No matter. You're in my realm now. And I say you owe me, '(Y/N)'" He circled you slowly, examining your features just as you did to him,
"It wasn't my plan to be thrown down that hole. But here I am. What do you want from me?" His voice got lower as he finished examining you, getting close to your face once again.
"Thanks to you, my realm is more chaotic than ever. With Cerberos gone, there's nothing to stop the dead from crossing over to the living." He grabbed your chin, moving your face side to side, analyzing your facial features closely as he stared into your eyes,  and for a moment, you thought you saw them twinkle.
"So find another dog." You scoffed. He threw your head back and held a small knife to your throat, glaring daggers into your fierce eyes. His face was splattered with anger, "You find another dog!" He exclaimed, then his face softened, sheathing the shiv, and caressing your cheek lightly. A soft, "Sorry..." escaped his throat before regaining his posture
"The blood runs hot in my family. You did this, so I think it's only fair that you fix it."
"Fine. Tell me where you keep your multi-headed monsters around here and I'll be right back." You gave a sly grin, looking up into his ruby irises, amusement dancing in his eyes and he returned the sly grin you offered him. He leaned into your ear, his hot breath skimming your skin, casting light goosebumps on where his breath hit.
"No no no, my dear (Y/N). My realm, my rules."
A light crimson crept across your ears, traveling to your cheeks, nose, and reaching your other ear. Your heart raced at his "touch." Then, he placed a firm hand onto your chest, feeling the rapid beat of your muscular organ. A low laugh left his lips, closing his eyes, feeling the rhythm of the beat under his palm and fingertips. He moved his head, keeping his veiny hand over your heart, resting his forehead onto yours, clearly he was taller, and he glanced down into your eyes, smiling like he hasn't in a long while. Kissing the corner of your mouth, then pulling away, continuing his sentence as you stood there not sure what to do, He walked away turning his back to you as he spoke, occasionally glancing back at you to see your bashful confusion,  smiling when he got a glimpse,
"I have four gates. Instead of one guardian for them all, I want you to find me four guardians - one for each of them. The Underworld is filled with kings, heroes, legends. All lost, all trying to find a purpose. You could give them that purpose." He came close to you once more as you stared at him, pondering what his intentions are.
"The Cerberos was a fierce guardian. What human could replace him?"
"No human could. A legend, though, immortal in the minds of the living. Would strike terror in any who dare to cross over. Find me four of those." He grinned at the questions you were asking
"And if I don't find these guardians, then what?"
"Boundaries between the world of the living and the realm of the dead will melt. The vile creatures locked away in Tataros will roam free. Mortal souls will wander lost for eternity, and, I will be very angry with you." He smirked again staring down at you with a wink at that last part.
"Teach me how to use this axe. And it's a deal." You said firmly glancing at Χάος.
"Ah yes, the trials of little (Y/N). I've already heard how you'll stop at nothing to figure out that boring little hatchet of yours."
"This 'boring little hatchet'-" He smirked one more, patting your head,
"Tell you what, go talk to my ferryman,  Charon. Help him put things back in order, and I'll help fulfill your destiny." He winked again. 'How many times is this fucker going to wink?!' You thought to yourself.  He turned and started walking away, deeper into the Underworld when a portal appeared on the ground and golden, glitched, spirits arose from it.
"Ugh. See what you've done? These are everywhere now. Fix. It."
"Oh, I'll fix it." You winked at him, giving him a taste of his own medicine. But instead of annoyance on his face, it was amusement, happiness, something the God of the Underworld shouldn't be expressing as you teased him.
"My brother and I have a little wager on wether you'll succeed in your quest. Don't let me down. You don't want to owe me twice." He smiled at you lovingly, with hopeful eyes. He then turned around again, coming up to you once again, placing his hand under your chin, with his other hand behind his back. He smiled with his lips, and leaned down into your other ear this time. "Please... be... careful." He pulled his face from your ear, looking at your face once more, smiling down at you, grabbing your chin, tilting your head to the side, planting a kiss onto your cheek, then tilting your head upward and kissing further down from your jawline. Your face hot red at his actions. You didn't know what he was doing or why, but you let him because for one, 'his realm, his rules', and you may have liked it a bit. He let go of your chin, joining his hand with his other one behind his back, leaning in close to your face once more, before turning and leaving. This pissed you off, 'why didn't he just fucking kiss me and get this teasing over with?' You thought, furrowing your eyebrows tightly.

You shook your embarrassment from your body as you unsheathed your sword and walked over to the portal, the spirits noticed you, and started to attack you, but as you were fighting back, it didn't damage them at all, then you had the bright idea of entering the portal. And so you did, you ran over to it, entering it, suddenly the air turned thick and hard to breathe as your health plummeted halfway, you were confused but you quickly brushed it aside, and dispatched the lost spirits, closing the Rift of Tataros.
"What were those things? Why did I feel so weak?"
You asked yourself as you ran further and further into the Underworld.
