Over the next few days Bill and I had packed up our apartment and decided to permanently move to England. We did have a little argument over leaving, mainly because I chickened out. We're now renting an apartment next door to Fred and George's rising sensation of a shop, Weasley's Wizarding Wheezes.

"I'm sorry, alright?" Bill muttered from the doorway as I slipped on my white and black stripped t-shirt. My chocolate brown curls fell over my face.

I never really wore a lot of makeup. Honestly, I thought I was quite naturally good-looking. I had straight, white teeth, giving me a fitting smile. I had clear sallow skin, defined cheekbones, strong eyebrows. So when I did wear makeup, it only enhanced things like my green grey almond shaped eyes, or my plump lips.

Bill and I would bicker, a lot. But it would usually end in sex or some romantic gesture. Or I'd forget we were even fighting. It was never about anything serious, really it was only because one of us was in bad form. Needless to say, me reuniting with my dad caused some tension.

Bill's hand came from behind his back to show that he was holding a white rose. I couldn't help but smile a little. He noticed this and made his way over to me, slowly and cutely.

"You're an absolute charmer, William." I shook my head, grinning from ear to ear.

"Only for you." He leaned down to my lips but was interrupted.

"B!" We both turned to the doorway where both of the twins ran towards me. No doubt they had been in their shop before intruding on Bill and I.

They grabbed me from Bill's grasp, making me laugh. They pulled me into a bone crushing hug. I was squished in between their towering bodies.

"Awh guys, I missed youuu."

"We missed you too, gorgeous." They winked in-sync.

"Alright, alright. You're not the one dating her, remember." Bill huffed.

"Well, if it weren't for you, you never know." Fred joked. "Plus, it looks like you guys are past the point of dating."

His finger looped the silver chain around my neck which held the engagement ring that Bill proposed to me with all those years ago.

"You can't tell your mum!" I exclaimed straight away.

"Geez, B, we're not that bad. Your secret is safe with us." George saluted.

"You better tell mum soon though. She'll go mental if she has to find out by herself." Fred commented.

"Yeah, we know. Just, keep a secret for now, okay?" Bill asked.

"Course mate." George patted his back.

"I don't think..I mean, I just.."

Here I was, outside my 'family' home. I knew that I owed it to my father just to walk right in and go back to being his mistake of a daughter. The unwanted child and whatnot. But when he left, that's all I was. I was a child. Now? I've had my childhood, my crazy booze and rock n' roll packed teenage years. I met people my own age, I've travelled, lost and loved.

I'm just so different to the way I was back then. I'm now twenty-three with a fiancée and a job with health benefits. Granted, I was only nine when he left. I guess my nerves were just clouding over my judgement.

I sat on top of the trunk that Bill had set on the ground, obviously coming to the conclusion that I was a big fat chicken who didn't want to see her daddy.
