Isabella's POV

I was sitting beside Santana and Brittany, with Quinn in a chair in between my legs, as we watched Tina, Kurt, Artie, Mercedes, and Rachel perform the first song they did with each other when Mr. Schue comes in and rights 'Goodbye' on the board as we all go silent. "Graduation is just a few days away. There's nothing left to prepare for. Our work here is done, so there's only one thing left to do: Say goodbye. Underclassmen, pick some songs to say goodbye to the seniors; seniors, pick a song to say goodbye to us." I look at Brittany as I start to tear up. I put my head on her shoulder as Mr. Schue grabs a guitar. Quinn smiles "I really hope you're about to rap" Mr. Schue laughs "No such luck. I'm leading by example here. This one is for you guys." As he sings we all look at one another, smiling sadly. I put my head on the wall looking down.

Kurt stands up in front of everyone, "I wanted to dedicate my goodbye song to all of you, but I wanted to mostly thank the men in the room who have truly inspired me and never saw me for the things that made us different. You only saw me for the ways that we're the same. Because, in this room it doesn't matter if you're gay or straight what matters is that we're friends." He starts to sing as he cries, all of us singing with him. As he gets done I stand in front of everyone and take a deep breath before I start talking "you guys are my family" I shrug "it hard to think that you guys will be gone, so I've been trying not to think about it. But, once we were given this assignment, I started thinking about how you guys have been there for me through some of the toughest times. You guys never judged me for who I was, you embraced it. And I started to think about how far we've all gone together. So, this is for you guys" I smile at everyone as I start to play guitar.

I said remember this moment
In the back of my mind
The time we stood with our shaking hands
The crowds in stands went wild
We were the kings and the queens
And they read off our names
The night you danced like you knew our lives
Would never be the same
You held your head like a hero
On a history book page
It was the end of a decade
But the start of an age

Long live the walls we crashed through
All the kingdom lights shined just for me and you
I was screaming, "long live all the magic we made"
And bring on all the pretenders
One day we will be remembered

I said remember this feeling
I passed the pictures around
Of all the years that we stood there on the sidelines
Wishing for right now
We are the kings and the queens
You traded your baseball cap for a crown
When they gave us our trophies
And we held them up for our town
And the cynics were outraged
Screaming, "this is absurd"
'Cause for a moment a band of thieves in ripped up jeans got to rule the world

Long live the walls we crashed through
All the kingdom lights shined just for me and you
I was screaming, "long live all the magic we made"
And bring on all the pretenders
I'm not afraid

Long live all the mountains we moved
I had the time of my life
Fighting dragons with you
I was screaming, "long live the look on your face"
And bring on all the pretenders
One day we will be remembered

Hold on to spinning around
Confetti falls to the ground
May these memories break our fall

I start walking towards the seniors
Can you take a moment
Promise me this:
That you'll stand by me forever
I look at Puck as he pulls me into a hug
But if God forbid fate should step in
And force us into a goodbye
I hug Rachel, Mike, Mercedes, and Finn
If you have children someday
I hug Quinn and then head to my sister to see her crying
When they point to the pictures
she hugs me tight before I go back to the front
Please tell them my name
Tell them how the crowds went wild
Tell them how I hope they shine
