"THERE YOU ARE YOU ROTTEN UGLY BITCH" we both turned to see Bonica making her way over to us rather clumsily in her hast running in heels

I took Alexis's hand "come on lets go" I turned us back toward the car

"DONT YOU WALK AWAY FROM ME YOU BLOATED WHALE"

Alexis just completely ignored her

I saw Angel running back before I could tell her to turn around she yelled "HERE MOM!" And ran straight to Alexis giving her the napkin

I heard a gasp and glanced over my shoulder because of how close it sounded Bonica was only a few steps behind us

"DID SHE JUST CALL YOU MOM!?" The silent treatment Alexis gave her didn't help I turned back

"Back to the car Angel" I pointed she nodded and stayed ahead of us away from Bonica

I went wide eyed when I heard a yelp and Alexis fell forward since I was holding her hand she tugged me a bit before her hand slipped free she landing on her knees and one hand before sliding and landing right onto her stomach "OH MY GOD" I helped her up she was all bloody she ripped her hand open blood was trickling down her arm and both her knees shredded as well blood ran down her legs

"SHE SHOVED ME" Alexis screamed

Bonica crossed her arms "I didn't think you'd fall so dramatically"

"THATS IT IM DONE IM DONE WITH YOU IM GETTING A RESTRAINING ORDER WE WERE CIVIL WE LET YOU SEE ANGEL WE DIDNT HAVE TO I HAVE FULL CUSTODY COMPLETE I DONT HAVE TO DO SHIT SO YOU KNOW WHAT I WONT YOULL BE GETTING A CALL FROM MY LAWYERS AGAIN" Bonica was taken aback her mouth hung open I scooped up Alexis and turned away I wasn't wasting anymore time or energy on her

I put her in the passenger seat "we're gunna go to the hospital we-"

"I don't need to go to the hospital Harry it's just some scratches"

"Some scratches my ass Alexis look at your hand!" I grabbed her wrist looking at it

"I'll be ok"

I shrugged "well that's just too damn bad we are going to the hospital" I got in the drivers seat slamming the door

"Harry really you're overreacting"

I shook my head "well I don't think I am"

"Mom you are bleeding a lot" Angel peeked over the front seats

"It's just cause I'm pregnant I have a lot of blood" Alexis looked at me "it's just a lot of blood that's all"

I didn't answer she sighed "I'm surprised you didn't hit her" I mumbled

"I wanted to throw my heel at her but that's the same as throwing it in the garbage so not worth it"

We got to the hospital and obviously Alexis was right nothing major but I'm happy her wounds were professionally cleaned she had little rocks stuck in her palm that they picked out with tweezers, this bill is going straight to Bonica as well, they wiped her legs and arm off putting patches over the injuries they said if she starts spotting or any kinda bleeding 'down there' to immediately come back and then Alexis reassured me that she wasn't bleeding and she'd tell me if she were

We walked out "I'm so sorry Alexis"

"It's okay not your fault" she shook her head "I'm so tired now though really"

I nodded Angel hugged Alexis's arm "I'm sorry too"

Alexis kissed her head "you especially have nothing to be sorry for"

She shrugged "makes me feel better to say it"

We went home Alexis went straight to bed and I hung out in the kitchen with Angel we were both hungry so I made 2 quick pb&j sandwiches "what were you thinking?" I looked at Angel

"Bout what?"

"When you were with Bonica"

I laughed "I wasn't but hey you're lucky I'm dumb or you wouldn't be here"

She rolled her eyes "yeah but..." she frowned "ew" I laughed again

"Not so stupid now though isn't Alexis the mom you've always wanted?" I quoted her

She nodded "it's like a reverse Disney fairytale I had the mean mom first and now I've got the perfect one"

"See Happy birthday Merry Christmas Happy Easter great thanksgiving she's your gift for the rest of your life" I teased

Angel laughed "you say that like it's a joke" she finished and walked over kissing my cheek "I love you dad tell mom I love her too k?"

I nodded "yeah I will I love you" she walked into her room I finished and walked into our bedroom

Alexis was already asleep I undressed and crawled in with her I kissed her cheek "we love you"
