Here we go
✔️ Ingredients ✔️
_Tiger nuts ( ayat) or (wattuje)
_milk
_ sugar
_ ice cube
_ vanilla sugar (optional).
_ginger (optional).
✔️ procedure ✔️
Soak your tiger nuts in water if it's dry but if it's fresh just wash it very well and blend it you can add a little bit of water while blending it. After blending, pour into a clean bowl by putting a sifter on top of the bowl so as to remove the shafts. Then, add your milk, sugar which is optional, vanilla sugar and stir well and voila your drink is ready just Serve and add your ice in it. Enjoy...
Note better : if you want it to last long like one day or less just put it in your freezer if not it will get bad after may be one to two hours maybe...
