_white beans
_spring onions
_onion
_maggi cube
_red bell pepper.
_yellow bell pepper
_salt
_sweet potato .
_ fresh tomatoes.

Boil your beans until soft, peel off your sweet potato and wash it. Blend onions, pepper and tomato then add your boiled beans in your pot and add water in it. The water should cover the beans a bit while cooking the beans, add your blended onions and peppers and tomatoes in the pot and also add the sweet potato. Add salt and cubes to taste and leave them to cook until soft. Chop your spring onions and keep aside.

Add a little bit quantity of oil in your sauce pan chop onions ,bell peppers and fry them for at least 5 minutes and add 1 cube in it stair and take it off the heat.
Back to the beans
Making sure that the potato is cooked and is thick put off the fire and add your chop spring onion and reclose the pot .
The vapor will cook the spring onion.
